Auburn Heating has been my go to for HVAC replacement and service. I also used them for the replacement of our water line and sewer line replacement. Have been very responsive to our service after the sale needs.

Piss poor were suppose to come service central air never showed up no phone call to cancel. Not the first time its happened but will be the last time

Called on a Monday because our heat was turned off due to a gas line being hit. Was told they would be there by Tuesday 2-3 pm. Left Tues for work and returning on a Friday. Called on Fri afternoon on the dirve home to confirm repair was done. Was told the work was not done, and they could do following week. Asked why I did not get a call saying they could not make the appointment. Given no reason other than they are busy and they can come next week. Extremely rude and deflective. No apology. Responsible for hosting thanksgiving with no heat, and no ability to cook the turkey. Was told to call someone else if I want it fixed today. Now I'm in a position where I have to call another company and request an emergency repair at 4pm on a Friday.

Had Cory come out 05/24/2019 to the house and do a work through for a estimate. 3 weeks later still did not receive an estimate for the job. On 06/11/2019 I called and talked to the owner(daughter) and explained that I had not received it. She told me she would talk to him and would get it taken care of. As of 08/22/2019 still did not get one.
08/12/2019 another local company did the $12,000 job of the install and did a great job!!! I will recommend that company to everyone who asks!!
