We needed some help with a non-functioning shower valve and Sam was soooo helpful. We will certainly use them again if needed.

Auburn Bath sets the standard for customer support that other businesses should follow. They are super knowledgeable, especially for hard to find parts and take great care to make sure you get what you need. Fast service and professional/personable communications and follow up. They care.
Doesn't get any better than this. Well done folks, and thanks for an experience that was awesome.

This place is really amazing! They have such a wonderful service and they are so super knowledgeable. They really save people so much money by stocking the parts for older and discontinued plumbing fixtures

Bob is awesome sauce. You are paying for his knowledge, expertise and the fact he is a small business that stocks this product line and knows all manufacturers and deals with high end products is amazing. If you think you know it all, go online and buy it. When Bob helps me figure out a crazy looking faucet and is able to get me parts, so a customer doesn't have to tear out their shower to replace it, he is deserving of the upcharge. We pay Bob whatever he wants for the cartridge.

Dealing with this company has been a nightmare. I needed a cartridge for a Tempress 11 shower value. I thought it was originally supposed to come in my first order which t 175.00. But to my surprise only a diverter value and handle was included. So I was told I needed to buy the cartridge because no that wasn't included in my original order. I took Sam's word and ordered the new part. It came the next day. However, I started thinking why were these 3 parts so expensive--370.00. I found the exact same cartridge on many plumbing sites for 70.00 or less. So the 3 parts should have cost me less than the original 175.00 I paid. So please. Do not trust this company. Go somewhere else.

After reading the listed reviews, I had to laugh. In my humble opinion the ""CEO"" Bob is an egotistical, narcissistic nut.
I was simply trying to identify a replacement part. I was instructed to take pictures next to a ruler to illustrate size and email to the company. I accomplished this within a few minutes, then followed up and followed up and followed up. About 10 days later I received some vague information about a non refundable, special order parts kit that might work. Next, I emailed a request to get the size of one of the parts that was in the kit, that was relative to fixing my issue. They responded that I couldn't buy that part independently, with no mention of measurements. Where in my request did I ask to buy that individual part? Of course I knew the part couldn't be purchased individually, hence the kit they proposed. But, I wanted to see if the part I needed from the kit was the right size for my needs, before ordering a non-refundable part kit. It's interesting that they needed measurements to help identify my part, but apparently this information was irrelevant to my needs! After this miscommunication, I elected to call in lieu of the email communication, so I could explain my question and get the information I needed. No one was available, so I left a message.
Next, everything got crazy... I get a call, and answer the phone. A rude man identifies himself as Bob, the CEO of Auburn Bath International. The angry man proceeds to bolster how he's been in this business for over 50 years, and what I want to accomplish can't be done! This was his opening statement. All I had said to this point was, ""HelIo""! Then, I responded by saying, ""Bob, what am I trying to accomplish?"" He continues on his rant telling me it can't be accomplished, yet providing no details. Finally, I speak over him to interrupt. I inform him that I am not some uneducated, imbecile that's going to listen to his angry rant, and talking down to me. I continued that I am an educated professional and the Owner of a company that does business Nationally, too. He talks over me telling me how his company does over $100,000,000/year, and asks me how much does mine do? Continuing, he adds that he's the individual who had all the cash to buy out Altmans when they failed. Altmans was the manufacturer of the part I was looking to buy. Like another review mentioned, I was also informed of how many emails they get daily. How busy they are and on and on! How is any of this information relevant? Why do potential customer's need to know any of this type of information? Why...because in my opinion, Bob is an egotistical, narcissist who needs to hear himself talk and remind himself or how important he is...In his own mind!
At multiple times through his ranting, I attempted to get the information needed for my project, give him constructive criticism of his staff and make him aware of the discrepancy between the staffs promised turnaround time-frame versus the very delayed final response. From another businessman, this could have been very helpful for him to make adjustments at his company. But, he wouldn't hear any of it. He was just caught up in embellishing his own success. I forgot to mention that he told me his inventory of parts was over 100,000, yet his website says over 30,000 parts. Again, irrelevant, but hopefully anyone reading this gets the point.
By contrast, Ferguson Plumbing Supply told me the part I needed was either Altmans, or Newport Brass. I contacted Newport Brass first to see if the part I needed was their's, or an Altmans. Newport Brass responded conclusively it wasn't their's within 24 hours, and were very professional.
In closing Bob, I have a question for you. If you are the big CEO of a $!00,000,000 annual revenue company, so successful, so rich, so important and such a fabulous business person that apparently attended MIT (per another review I just read) why are you personally returning an inquiry, over a measurement of an individual part, which the part kit total cost is $215? Don't you have anything more important to do, or are you just a control freak, too!
Anybody reading this...Run away from this company as fast and as far as you can! To illustrate how bad my experience was, this is the first review I have ever taken my time to write. Please take heed to this advise!!!! This man, and this company don't deserve your time, or your money!!!

Contacted them regarding valve stems for my Raphael faucet. They contacted me back within 24 hours providing me with the information that they need I then got the proper information for them forward it to them and within 24 hours I had a response from them. I called this morning ordered my parts they should be here by tomorrow. This is the second time I've used this company and both times in very pleased with their customer service!

It has been a horrible experience dealing with Auburn Bath. They do not stand by their word or service. I called and spoke to the CEO about getting my spout refinished. He would not honor the 10 year warranty that it came with. He said it would cost 70.00 to refinish it and it would be done quickly. I mailed it in then called them to make sure it was received. No one would return my phone calls then 2 weeks later they said they couldn't find my spout. I had to call my post office then call them with the info because I had confirmation delivery. Auburn finally found my spout. Then a month later it was finished. They charged me 149 instead of 70 that the CEO quoted me. I received the spout with marks and a bad quality job. The company doesn't care so now I have to go through my credit card company to get a credit back. The CEO is unprofessional and rude. He said not one person has ever complained before but I have found other peoples reviews that have had similar experiences. This has been exhausting. Run from this place!

I initially called in the hope of replacing a volume control in our master bath for a company that was out of business. The person that initially took the call was pleasant and let me know exactly what I would need to send to them. She specifically said that I would need to send a picture of each part, next to a ruler and to provide any other information that I had. I asked approximately how long it would take to receive a response and was told I would hear back the same day. At this point I had our plumber come, at great expense to us, who took all requested photos and then some. We called Auburn again to once again confirm that we had everything they needed. I emailed Auburn numerous pictures, as requested, and any item numbers that I had. We did not hear back that day or the next and so I called to ensure my email was received. I was informed many times that they receive 150-200 emails a day. Not my issue but I then asked for a reasonable expectation of when I could expect to hear back. They said the next day, which was a Friday but we did not hear back until Tuesday afternoon. The email received was not understandable by anyone other than someone in the plumbing supply industry. I called back for clarification and encountered a very confused woman named Pam. At this, point Pam indicated to to me that they did not have everything they needed and I explained it was all in the pictures and that she needed to be patient as I do not understand plumbing supply lingo and if she could simply explain to me in laymans terms what she needed I would hopefully be able to get it. Pam mentioned again to me about the amount of requests they get each day and that she was the only one there. Again, not necessary for the consumer to know. Pam then transferred the call to their CEO. In all my years I have NEVER encountered someone so disrespectful in the consumer service industry. At one point he told me to ""shut my mouth"" and proceeded to let me know his net worth and that he was an MIT grade. Non of which was going to solve my problem. I would never deal with a company that is so inappropriate and rude to its customers. Auburn is very disorganized, understaffed and very unpleasant to deal with.

I converted a bedroom to a master bath in the 1980's and installed two matching faucet sets in his and her's sinks. They were Raphael faucets with ceramic cartridges. The worked perfectly until one faucet cartridge broke in January of this year. I visited y 85 year old local hardware that has a world of old parts and they begged off, saying there were just too many versions of ceramic cartridges over the years for them to keep up with them. They sent me to a plumbing specialist warehouse but they didn't have them, nor did two other large Atlanta area plumbing supplies. The original dealer who sold me the fixtures is still in business and they recognized the cartridges but no longer had them. They recommended Auburn Bath International. I sent photos, got a call from a guru who identified them and offered a hot and cold pair and I bought them and the one I needed worked perfectly. This month a faucet on the other pair broke, also. The second faucet I bought did not fit so I sent photos to the guru and he identified the second pair as a later model event though the faucet looked identical. I bought a pair of cartridges for that one at about half the original price since they were more recent and apparently more marketable. The cartridge fit perfectly and both sets now work like magic. I love this company and the service they provide!
