Tom and his crew have been taking care of my Heating & AC needs for over 20yrs. From annual service, to ""no heat and no AC"" calls. Atzl has always been the one to call. Tom replaced a 2.5 ton system in 2019 and a second one on 4/1/25. can not be happier with the services and prices from Atzl AC and heating. Thank you Tom!!

The owner came out two hours after I called them. I thought I was going to need Freon, again. But he diagnosed it immediately and said it was a part that burned out that was preventing my AC condenser from working. He had one on the truck, fortunately and was able to replace it without having to come back. They are now my HVAC guys!

This is the second time I had to call for service on my AC unit this summer and of course it decided to always stop working on the hottest days of the year. Each time I called Atzl they were at my house within the hour and repaired my AC unit and had it up and working so quickly and efficiently and were always fair in their pricing. Our heat went off at 3:00 on a Saturday afternoon. My 85 year old mother lives in the house, and it was six degrees outside. Our regular HVAC guys no longer check their messages on the weekends.

My sister found Atzl on yelp. We called and spoke to Tom. Within half an hour, he was in my home, checking the thermostat and the heating unit. He found the issue immediately. He then very thoroughly checked out all the connections to make sure there was nothing else wrong. Then he explained the situation to me so I know what to do if it happens again in the future.

He couldn't have been nicer. To put icing on the cake, his fee was very reasonable. I cannot recommend him enough.

For some reason or another when we experienced heating problems starting Saturday, January 6, 2018 we called another company to assess and fix the situation. Needless to say the work that was completed on Monday, January 8, 2018 did not resolve the problem and escalated to a more serious situation. Having our sanity back we called Atzl Air Conditioning & Heating and they arrived to our home within the hour. They completed a thorough assessment of our problem and immediately went into action. Because of Atzl's quick response and superior know-how we avoided any interior water damage. Broken pipes, damaged insulation and base board replacement were fixed in a timely fashion. To add to our pleasure of their service, Atzl cleans up thoroughly and provides a detailed explanation of what needs to be fixed, how it will be done and reviews everything afterward. Ensuring the homeowner of work completed. We will never ever call anyone else again! Atzl and his staff are our saviors!

I was told I had to replace the handler of my a/c unit which would cost a few thousand dollars. I was told that it could not be repaired because of the age of my unit. Atzl came to quote me a new unit and ended up fixing my existing unit for a few hundred dollars.

Atzl was recommended to me by another contractor who I think is excellent and I am so happy and grateful.
