Finally called a professional to work on my kitchen sink late one night. Mr Atwell returned my call first thing & was out at 8:30am the next morning! Actually his son Matt arrived 15 minutes early. He had an amazing drain snake that worked wonders. Then he put my sink back together & fixed a design flaw that was causing some of the headaches. He also took the time to fix a leaky toilet by replacing a flapper & making adjustments. Really fast & efficient. Money well spent. So happy with his excellent work.

We awoke to a dead and leaking water heater. I called a few ""big city"" plumbers and they couldn't help us today. A neighbor had worked at Atwell so I reached out to them. We communicated through text (my preference) and within a few minutes it was evident that they could help me. Mr. Atwell, himself, was at the house in about 30 minutes for a quick consult. His son arrived about and hour later - with a helper. The water heater is in a very tight space and installation was not easy. I expected there to be some additional charges...but there were not. Communication and service were first rate! Highly recommend!

We found our water heater leaking on Sunday and called first thing on Monday. Originally, they did not have an opening for Monday. They rearranged some appointments so they could come out it replace the water heater. This was great that they worked to reschedule other less urgent service calls. The service technicians were great. They were careful and were very good at keeping everything clean and mess free. They really cared about their work.

UPDATED REVIW FOR ATWELL PLUMBING

We had a water leak emergency on a Saturday so I decided to call Atwell Plumbing in Noblesvilke. They came within a day to make repairs. At first look they thought we had a leak with the shower faucet which they repaired and we paid $175.00. About 1 hour later we realized that we STILL had a water leak. I called Atwell Plumbing again and this time spoke to Jim Atwell to explain what happened. Within a few hours he came to check the repairs made earlier and (On the 1st visit we had 2 different repairmen) found a leak where a hose bracket cracked in half right next to the shower faucet. Jim made the correct repair and there was NO CHARGE for this visit. He explained to me why this could have happened and how he made appropriate repairs. Atwell employees were professional and clean!!
