Tom and Slava are lifesavers! We had multiple plumbing emergencies, and they responded quickly each time. Their professionalism and expertise were evident from the moment they stepped through the door. They diagnosed the issue right away and worked efficiently to fix the problem, explaining everything in simple terms. Not only did they save the day, but they also left the area clean and tidy after the job was done. Reliable, skilled, and incredibly friendly - I can't recommend them enough. Worked with these guys 3 times now. Replaced and installed water heater and resolved multiple pipe clogs in our house. Especially grateful for how fast our hot water comes, in such a large home. For each of the jobs they went above and beyond the call of duty for us. It's really nice to work with them because they are solution-oriented, thinking creatively about how to get all the way to the finish line instead of just trying to leave as soon as possible. They deliver on their promises, and they even teach you about how to use your plumbing in a way that extends its life. We had to have our water heater replaced unexpectedly, and Oleg came on time, was knowledgeable and very helpful! They fixed it in one day and orchestrated the whole process with our home warranty company. Pleasure to do business with and he made a stressful day easy. Thankful

Our home warranty company sent Oleg to our house for a backed up bathroom days after moving in.
He told me they couldn't use the home warranty due to the location of the clog and requested another $350 via Zelle, in addition to my initial home warranty service charge. THEN they said they couldn't get to it and had to use a different avenue. Made me pay another $100 upfront before they would work on it.
He came out and said he couldn't fix it, but he'd be happy to rip up my home warranty service charge check. What?
The next day I called a plumber my realestate agent recommended and he had the problem fixed in 15 minutes using the exterior clean out method the home warranty company covered.

I do not recommend this company, nor do I trust their service experience. If your home warranty company is sending them, ask for someone else or do NOT pay in advance for service.

What a fantastic plumbing duo! These two are friendly, efficient, knowledgeable, and truly go above and beyond. I have had them at my home twice in the past few months- once for a leaking tub faucet and slow draining tub, and again for a ""rocking"" toilet. Both times they were prompt, explained what they planned to do, explained what they had done and why, and left my bathrooms as clean as they were when the plumbers arrived.

With respect to the toilet, not only did they tighten the bolts, add shims, and add caulking they also removed the toilet just to be sure there were no drain or other issues and replaced the wax seal while they were at it.

I'll also add that they are very dog-friendly which is helpful and welcome when it comes to my very curious pup.

They are also very reasonably priced. I will certainly call them any time I have any plumbing needs in the future.

When you're new to an area with a plumbing emergency it can be stressful enough. I was so relieved and happy to have this father and son team arrive to install my brand new water heater. They even corrected an issue that was not to code that my house inspector didn't catch. So yes, I would definitely recommend Attentive Plumbing. I will be calling them again if I need a plumber. Fair price as well.
