100% PRICE MATCH GUARANTEE? 100% SCAM! I called to inquire about them putting a sump pit in my basement. The lady that answered the phone was very pleasant and made sure to emphasize the 100% price match guarantee. The plumber came out to look the job over and shot me a price of $3800 which was more than double what I had been quoted. I needed some other work done that the first company did not do so I asked about the guarantee. We haggled back and forth a bit and finally settled on $1800 for everything and the work was scheduled for this morning at 8 AM. Fast forward to this morning: A ""QA"" guy showed up at the house and wanted to look the job over. He came to me after a few minutes telling me they were passing and would not do the job. He weakly referenced that there was quite a bit of water in the ground now as a reason why they couldn't do it but the key was when he said ""especially at that price"" so that means that the entire thing was that they couldn't make their exorbitant rates so they decided to pass. Thanks, guys. I canceled an appt with another company and took a day off work. Never again will I use these guys.

No business completed. I received a confirmation email in the morning after I made the appointment thru the internet. The time was 2-4pm for the next day. I received a called at 3:30 the next day notifying me they were behind on emails and wouldn't be able to make it.
Almost 2 hours wasted on waiting.

We had them replace a water heater. I was at work & my wife works from home. When I got
home we had rust water from the old water heater and mud from the dolly all over our carpet.
I called them and they said they would have someone come out and clean the carpet. The carpet cleaners came out & my son let them in to clean the carpet. When I got home they had just cleaned the rust water spots and left the mud. We had Stanley Steamer come out and spent $165 to get the carpet cleaned.

Kitchen sink was clogged. Tech used industrial snake (plug-in version) so very powerful.
It did concern me that he was going to bust the pipe, but assured me it wouldn't.
Days later, realized a leak in the basement. Knew it was because of the plumber ""drilling"" out
the clog. Water damage to ceiling and drywall! Another tech came out and determined the 1st tech pierced a hole in the interior piping.....as I feared. It was at first a hassle to get them to
pay for the clean up, but they used Indiana Restoration and paid for everything. Although,
I did pay upfront for the drain clog like $200.

I have done business with this company over the past couple of years on rental properties. When the technician called with the estimate, I explained that I managed the property but payment would be made by the owner,over the phone, via credit card. He said ""no problem, the office will handle that"". Imagine my surprise when they called me on April 17 (work was done on April 11) threatening to lien the property. Just really uncalled for, especially when I had done business with them prior and there were never any payment issues.

Two weeks ago, the drain in our laundry room backed up and flooded the room. I called Attaboy and they sent help within the hour. Unbelievable! A friendly plumber showed up and ensured that the issue was fixed. Not only that, he pointed out that the drain on our water softner was installed incorrectly and that any backup could potentially cause health issues for my family. I asked if he could fix it and since he had all of the parts with him, he did. He was courteous, clean, and provided excellent advice. This isn't the first time I have used Attaboy and every time, they provide top notch service.

....Richard the owner contacted me and I attempted to explain the situation and he started yelling at me stating I was the one that called them, they did not call me. I said that nothing they did helped in resolving the problem and he started yelling at me again. I finally just hung up. Do not make the same mistake I made.....DON'T CALL THEM.

Had a water heater leak on the weekend - Attaboy was the first company to answer the phone on Saturday morning and Laura was incredible from the start. They are professional and really want to help the consumer. Prices were competitive (actually better) than the 4 other plumbing companies in the area that I called. I consider this a company with integrity - they were honest and up front with everything that needed to be done and never tried to sell us services or parts we didn't need. They went above and beyond the call of duty. Hope not to need a plumber again any time soon, but if we do, we will call Attaboy first!

I will give them props for coming out quickly and timely. I had a hot water valve to our washing machine that had water trickling out of it. The plumber came out and stated the whole hot and cold water box in the laundry room needed to be replaced and would cost around $800. I essentially paid a ""plumber"" $100 to come out and tell me I needed to pay $800 more to fix the problem. Their hourly rate was over $300 for the first hour.
I called a different plumber to come out to get a second opinion who also charged $100 but actually took apart the hot water valve and saw the rubber stopped came off and was slowing down the water. He replaced the stopper and the problem was fixed. No need to replace the whole hot and cold water valves and box. If the atta boy plumber would have put in a little effort he would have realized this was a simple fix.
I would be happy to take down this bad review if atta boy will refund my money for the service call they provided. I understand people will miss things from time to time but this seemed to be more like a sales call verse a service call.

They were very helpful, fast, and efficient. They even gave us tips on our water softener and told us how to fix our toilet much more cheaply than they could have done. The reason why we called was because we had a sink overflowing in our kitchen, and they were able to fix it by snaking the line out 75 feet. It was 348 dollars, which they told us before they started working. It was expensive, but seems comparable to other services. Very nice guys.
