So I inquire about a plumbing problem with my sink being stopped up. I send a message for an estimate because I have snaked my drain, vent and all, there is an issue with the pipes somewhere. So I get a message from the owner saying they do not provide sink cleaning service. I can clean the damn sink, its an issue with the pipes. So this place is useless as titts on a borehog. Sorry you did not understand what I needed thanks for nothing... By the way I had a real plumbing company come and and got it fixed... What a butthead...

I was going to give this company three stars, but Yelp says that 3/5 is """"A-Ok"""". I chose 2/5 which Yelp describes as """"Meh. I've experienced better."""" The bill for these three services was almost $500, and yet the total time the plumber took to perform the services was a little over an hour. Assuming that the toilet parts cost them about $20, and the garbage disposal costs them about $100, this was a $300 charge for about an hour of labor. $85 for labor is about standard. I'm disappointed. They required me to take a photo of the coupon they placed up on Angie's List so that was kind of a waste of five minutes of my time. Good communication, quick turn-around.

I had Atta boy come out on a weekend to replace a water line at the back of my Mobile that had been there for 38 years. They charged me $2500 for about two hours work. Thought that was really high but it was on a weekend. Later I had them come back to replace my water heater ay another $2500. Her it is a1 1/2 years later and one of the fittings they put in developed a pin hole. Again on a weekend they came out and fixed it for another $1300 for 20 minutes work. I called about the quality of the replacement parts they use and asked for a manager and got some plumber and he told me that's the quality of the parts they have nowadays. So now I have to worry about leak's every year or so. I will never call them again, PERIOD!

My hot water heater died. I put in a request and spoke with the team that same day. They were extremely clear about what their process was to inspect it and what the maximum cost would be for me. They came out the next day exactly when they said they would and within an hour, I had a new hot water heater. Very impressed!!!

EXORBITANT PRICES!!! Do not use these people unless you have money to waste. They were called out by the property manager I use on one of my rentals after the tenant complained of a """"noisy toilet"""" and a spray nozzle on the kitchen sink that was not working. Atta Boy ended up making 2 trips to the property and replaced a fill valve and flapper in the toilet tank and replaced the shut off valve to the toilet (without authorization) to the tune of $396.00. A complete new toilet at Lowes is under $200. While in the same bathroom, they decided to clean the aerator in the sink faucet and clean the handheld shower head to the tune of an additional $205.00 for a task (which was not authorized) that took maybe 15 minutes. In the kitchen they determined the builders grade faucet was not diverting water to the sprayer and needed to be replaced charging $363.00 for a unit that costs $109.00 at Lowes. I will never used this firm again and have instructed my property manager not to use them again.

We noticed a leak near our water meter late Friday afternoon. We had a similar problem the year before and called Charleston Water to report the problem. They sent out a tech who said the issue was on our side of the meter. It was now 5 pm on a Friday and the leak was getting worse so I started looking for a plumber to come ASAP. First one said not until Monday, but Atta Boy said they could come the next morning. They quoted a price after which they asked if I was Military or First Responder. I said no, just a retired senior. I then asked if I could save myself some money by digging up the ground to expose the leak and they said that would be possible if the leak was within 5 feet of the meter. I did the groundwork and just as I had finished Rodney showed up right on time. He was able to see the problem right away, a poor connection on our side, and had it fixed in only 50 minutes. My groundwork saved Rodney a lot of time, so I was extended a nice discount from the original quote. Rodney showed me exactly what the issue was and explained how he was going to make it better than the original connection, which he did. Excellent plumbing company. Jody the technician was very respectful of our home and health during the pandemic. He wore a mask the entire time. He repaired an issue in our master shower.
