I contacted ATR Plumbing for a an emergency with a burst pipe in crawlspace. The plumber that called me was aloof and unprofessional. Told me turn my main valve off (DUH!!!!) ....and that was it. I said are you going to come out?! He said no I can't, I've got plans with family......and left me hanging. Their receptionist made it sound like this guy was going to help. They're a joke!

I've owned several homes in the area and numerous rental properties, have always had a good experience with ATR. Dealing with contractors and tradesmen is never fun, but this company is easy to deal with, will generally book an appointment to fix your problem the next day (sometimes even same-day), and they know who you are when you phone. You are speaking to one of the company owners when you call the local #, and never have to deal with a non-English speaking person in a foreign country where most 800 # call go. They will remember you, and once you are in their system, you can even text them and they will call you back when they can. As a landlord who also works a full-time job, this is golden, as I do not have time to sit on hold for 30-minutes waiting for my call to be connected. It's family-owned and their pride in their business is obvious. Prices are reasonable. Came across them years ago on the recommendation of a painting contractor, and they have been in my Rolodex ever since.

What a fantastic company!! Billy and Theresa are prompt, professional, and very friendly! I called this morning with an emergency need for a water heater replacement. Within one hour Theresa had gotten all necessary information and had a new water heater delivered to my business. Billy was quick behind and installed my water heater at no cost to my business, meaning we were able to conduct business as usual with customers none the wiser. They saved the day!! I will never call anyone else for my plumbing needs, if I could give them ten stars I would!!!

How often do you call a plumber and it's not an emergency? We woke up and entered our kitchen to find that the sewer line had backed up and spewed across out kitchen. I called ATR at 7:30 AM and had a plumber in my house within the hour. Several hours later it was fixed. The invoice was reasonable for the work done. Matt, our plumber, is pleasant and informative. He has been to our house before and we are always pleased with the service he provides. The thing about ATR is they are not looking to upsell you, they can fix your problem and give you options. They are honest when giving an estimate for service time and good at calling back.

This is a wonderful company to deal with. The couple who own ATR and their employees are terrific. They have been out to my house for several things-to replace a sump pump, which was an emergency, and to rout out my drains. They do great work and are fair and honest. I can't recommend them enough and all my friends who use them feel the same way.

Love this company! Billy and Louis are amazing. Teresa on the phone is wonderful. Everyone is so kind and helpful. Very knowledgeable. Teresa helped me over the phone and both men have been to my house more than once. Checked out and fixed every single thing.

Extremely satisfied! Teresa, who answered the phone, was so nice and helpful. There were workers in my area so my timing was perfect. Billy and Louis arrived within 15 minutes of my call. Billy was pleasant and explained what they were doing, as they worked, to unfreeze the frozen washer line and drain. They fixed the problem and now I'm playing catch-up on a weeks worth of dirty laundry. Thank you ATR! Awesome work!
