1) Vianka (the one you will be communicating with) is super responsive. Whether by phone, text or Yelp messaging, have no doubt that she will respond and do so quickly. My introduction to Atomic Rooter was via Yelp's ""Start a Request"". Atomic Rooter was the only company to respond with a quote.

2) Atomic Rooter's pricing is very competitive, a consideration for us all. I always do my due diligence when hiring a contractor, as prices can vary wildly, and Atomic Rooter pricing fared well here.

3) The work performed by Atomic Rooter was stellar. The contractor was very polite and respectful of my property, the work was done quickly, and the repair was flawless. I'm always a bit hesitant (or fearful) of plumbing work, as I have a downstairs neighbor and a leak would be more harmful to them than to me. But, in watching Atomic Rooter perform and monitoring the results of the work after they were done, I am confident that they did me right.

Our toilet backed up and it even came up through our tub and I was in total panic mode. I found them on Yelp and they respond so fast and sent someone out within an hour of my request. The worker was nice and efficient, quickly resolving my issue. We just bought the house and need more work to be done and am definitely going to use them again. So pleased with the service.

I was having a plumbing issue with my pipes that was affecting my washer machine. Contacted Atomic Rooter & Plumbing and they were able to immediately come on down within an hour or two but same day service. Definitely recommend! Will be saving their number for future business. The tech Al who came on by was excellent! Really straightforward and genuine about the process and I appreciated that. As well he had some mine with him who was training the the gentlemen was great as well and definitely was a fast learner. Competitive pricing as well as I did check around locally for pricing as well as timely service. Also, Vianka the dispatcher was great with the dialogue and accepting payment and kudos for being active on Yelp via the messaging system. Also, I did appreciate the flexibility when it came to time as they techs arrived earlier than expected on one occasion and on time on another and gave a courtesy of a small grace period. Thank you.

Our main sewer line backed up on Sunday. They sent one of their plumbers on Monday morning; they dropped a camera and showed me all the issues with a damaged sewer main. They provided a cost estimate for the repair, got a temporary fix, and completed the job the next day. Excellent and fast service!

Very responsive. Gave a reasonable quote with a range to install shower faucet cartridges and handles and the actual charge was the minimum of the quote range provided. Julian came on time and was very polite and patient in explaining in advance what he was going to do. Got the job finished and cleaned up afterwards. I would definitely use them again. And Vianca in the office was also very responsive and helpful.
