Atomic Plumbing was awesome! I'm a landlord living a few hours away, and my manager just quit so I'm doing it myself for the first time. I was very nervous when my tenant called with a plumbing issue, but this company made things easy. They got back to me immediately! I did call and compare with 2 other companies but they had they best price. Vianka was vey professional and good at communicating! They came right out on a Sunday and then back first thing Monday morning. The estimate was accurate and it was fixed that day. Payment was easy to do as well.

I contacted this company after looking on Yelp to assist with a clogged drain. Initially they were friendly, eager to assist and available during the time I needed them. I was concerned about so few reviews but overall got a sense that they knew what they were doing. The plumbers came and were friendly, snaked the drain and was on their way. I paid via zelle which was convenient. Fast forward to July 12, I get an email from the until below me that they had to open the ceiling because there is water leaking from a disconnected drain line. I immediately contacted Vianka who refused to accept any accountability and has the audacity to offer to fix it. She said There was no way possible it has anything to do with them even though they were the only ones who tampered with the drain. I got another plumber to look at it and didn't tell him I had it worked on recently, however he asked after the Repair even knew it was due to a clog with out me telling him. Now I'm responsible for plumbing, dry wall etc. Due to the bad business of Atomic Rooter. Definitely would not recommend.

Here are a few of the reason that Atomic Rooter should be your ""go to"" plumber.

1) Vianka (the one you will be communicating with) is super responsive. Whether by phone, text or Yelp messaging, have no doubt that she will respond and do so quickly. My introduction to Atomic Rooter was via Yelp's ""Start a Request"". Atomic Rooter was the only company to respond with a quote.

2) Atomic Rooter's pricing is very competitive, a consideration for us all. I always do my due diligence when hiring a contractor, as prices can vary wildly, and Atomic Rooter pricing fared well here.

3) The work performed by Atomic Rooter was stellar. The contractor was very polite and respectful of my property, the work was done quickly, and the repair was flawless. I'm always a bit hesitant (or fearful) of plumbing work, as I have a downstairs neighbor and a leak would be more harmful to them than to me. But, in watching Atomic Rooter perform and monitoring the results of the work after they were done, I am confident that they did me right.

Our toilet backed up and it even came up through our tub and I was in total panic mode. I found them on Yelp and they respond so fast and sent someone out within an hour of my request. The worker was nice and efficient, quickly resolving my issue. We just bought the house and need more work to be done and am definitely going to use them again. So pleased with the service.
