Called AR to help investigate an outdoor piping/drainage issue. Steve (owner/operator) was very hands on with his team in working through a difficult investigation to identify the source of the issue, then address the 'root' cause of the pipe blockage. Beyond the fix, they cleverly utilized spare slate and belgium block to create an attractive and functional barrier to prevent the outflow of the pipe from becoming buried again. The team was prompt and attentive, knowledgeable and clearly took pride in their work and service delivery.

I called Atomic with a list of non-urgent plumbing chores I wanted to be done on my new (to me) house. These plumbing chores ran the gamut from replacing outdoor water spigots to updating inside water valves and emergency shut-offs.

Steve called me - we talked about the job, he gave me a reasonable rough ballpark price based on not having seen the work yet - and arranged a date to do the work and promised he'd be in touch closer to that date we selected for doing the work, as I was taking a day off to be around - and so, couldn't afford any flakiness.

...Steve communicated well, messaged me in advance to confirm he had the work scheduled and importantly had all of the parts in hand and lo and behold he showed up on time the day ""of work"", did the work cleanly and quickly and didn't leave me a mess.

Working with Atomic Rooter was great and it was easy!

I am so happy with the excellent service provided by Atomic Rooter. I had discovered my crawl space/ basement was filling up with water from a pinhole pipe leak. Steve responded immediately to my urgent call. He was very professional on the phone , told me what to do to stop the water, and assured me he could take care of it completely. He delivered what he promised. Then went above and beyond to let me know of an additional leak that needed to be fixed and explained why.I am pretty skeptical, but he wasn't up selling, he was doing a thorough job and making sure I wouldn't have more problems. The place was clean and tidy after he left. All at a reasonable rate. I highly recommend and definitely now my go- to.

Though they came quickly to help us with our hot water heater, little did we know, it just needed a quick push of a reset button. We were charged an immoral $200 for that ""service"". Yes, we should pay for someone coming over, but not a day and a half of my salary. It's not right. They were here for about 5 minutes. Rip off.
