My wife and I were out of country for the weekend when my 21-year-old daughter called to inform us the toilet was backed up. I asked her to contact a plumbing company to come out and snake out the line, she called Atomic Plumbing and was quoted $130.00 for the service call and then would be charged for the service to snake the line. The service man arrives to our home and told my daughter that he could not find the clean out and then proceed to remove all the covers of my septic tank and said it was a septic problem not a plumbing problem he left all the screws out of the 3 covers losing 5 of the screws. He then proceeded to write up the bill for $130 for service call and $180 for removing the septic covers and losing 5 of the screws. That adds up to $ 310 for the service call, he then added wrong and wrote $343.20 as the total owed which my daughter paid for nothing being done at our home. My daughters boyfriend caught the mistake and the service tech said they would credit us back the difference. We returned home on Monday morning to all of toilets backed up. I then went to the side yard and identified the clean outs directly in front of the septic controls as they were in clear view with toilet paper surrounding them and I was able to find the cleanouts and clear the line in less than 5 minutes with a garden hose. After clearing the line, I proceeded to email Bill Mata and explain the situation after emails back and forth I was told they do not credit back money they could only credit me back $150 dollars towards my next service call. I told Billy that this is not acceptable and we will be making formal complaint against his company. Stay as far away from this company as they are not reputable company and they are only out to take as must money as they can from you.

This is actually the second time we have used Atomic Plumbing. I was impressed the first time, back in 2019, and meant to write a review, but it slipped my mind.

Today's visit was for the same thing: A pinhole sized leak in the copper pipe. The pipe had to be cut out, and due to tight spaces, PEX was crimped in.

I was impressed with Jake's skills.

I'm now considering getting the house re-piped, and not have to worry future pin hole leaks.

Our water supply seem to cause this problem. I'm not the first house on the block with this problem.

The Atomic Plumbing team came and installed replacement water heaters and offered a fair price to replace both units. The guys toughed out the Texas weather in July and completed the job. Very professional, answered all the questions, and provided the best solution for the requested price point.

We had a utility sink that has not worked properly since we moved into the house. Called Atomic Plumbing and they scheduled us right away. The tech, Dustin, called 30 minutes before arrival as promised and showed up on time. He listened to my issue and then went to work on it. He completed the work quickly and correctly. Cleaned up the area and made sure we were happy with the results. Highly recommend this plumbing service.

The owner for starts is a lazy crook. And his workers are the cut from the same cloth. Stay as far away as possible. Thses people will not last. They do service calls and then charge you for coming back out a few days later for something they forgot to do.

I live in Arlington. I've been using Atomic for many years. They've never let me down. Never over charged. They've always responded to our calls as quickly as possible. My air conditioner stopped working this week.
Jesse was able to come to our house the same day! He took care of the problem for a reasonable price; and was respectful and courteous in the process. Don't know what I'd do without Atomic Plumbing A/C & Heating

Atomic Plumbing AC & Heating is my servicer of choice. HIGHLY Recommend if you live in DFW Metro, they have you covered.

They service the DFW metro, not just Grandbury. Unfortunately, my 13-year-old unit decided to burn up on the hottest week of July. UGH! These guys know what they are doing and they were able to get me a brand new unit installed within 4 days at better pricing than the big-name AC guys.

Considering the supply and logistics shortages - that is fantastic. They showed up when they said they would, were completely professional, and did an awesome job on the install. Thanks, Jesse.

These guys are crooks who overcharge. Charged me 800 dollars for freon and said it was the old type and I had someone else come out to refill, charged 150 and said it was new type.

They left me hanging and tried to over charge me after Februarys polar vortex. they came out and did little to nothing. I was charged over $300.
