Atlas Pumping Service was founded in 1984 when brothers-in-law, Jim and Dan, recognized the need for improved service in the plumbing industry. With this vision, they built the first truck for Atlas Pumping Service during weekends while maintaining full-time jobs throughout the week. The truck hit the road in 1984, allowing Jim and Dan to start building lasting customer connections that remain strong today.

We purchased a new home, didnt have a good idea where the tank was and Chris our tech was very patient and diligent in finding the tank. Great rates and good people.

Three years ago when I used them they were great. They helped me find the septic tank, idk where it was. They kept the cleaning under a certain time limit; so it wasn't so expensive. I think they honored some sort of coupon. Good job done, much appreciated.
So when I get a friendly reminder in the mail that it is time for another cleaning, I call, coupon in hand, ready to give them repeat business. Their receptionist couldn't seem to give me any clear time. Ultimately I got annoyed and I told her if you want my business, call me back when you can. She never did. Judging from the other reviews, the receptionist /scheduling end needs to get organized. I can't be the only one annoyed by this.

Perfect service ,highly recommended for septic cert. and pumping. Was smooth, effortless, thanks guys. Also Penny in office has amazing customer service skills!! Note: if you have a more challenging driveway they have the trucks you need in most cases.

Atlas Pumping was fantastic got me on their schedule quickly and did a first rate job. Very clean crew, truck, and equipment. Adan and Chris did a superior job even with me looking over their shoulder. Won't find better service in San Diego County.

While dealing with a severe grease trap issue early one morning before normal business hours, I called many different companies. Only Atlas responded quickly, and they immediately dispatched a truck to help us out. They're a great company, for which I'm very grateful!

We had to get our septic tanks serviced and pumped. Francisco was awesome! He spent 4-5 hours digging by hand just to find the the covers. The entire time, Francisco was completely professional and curteouse. He also recommended we replace the lids to our tank because they were cracked and he provided us with an excellent referral from who we were able to get the covers from that same day. Long story short, if your looking for reliable, hard working septic company- doesn't get any better than Atlas Pumping and the service Francisco provided!

This company ha a great employee that has a great attitude loves his job and is thankful each day he goes to work . Lets face it its a poop y job .! But is very happy with the company he works for. He needs a raise ...We will use this company again Billy won our business

Well I will start from the beginning. I called on overtime three times and was disconnected each time before finally calling the backup number to get through to someone to let them know that there phones weren't working properly. They were efficient in having someone return the call and dispatch out a truck to do the job. However, the follow up and the people in the office have been hopeless. Five days later I can't get a copy of the invoice, a total amount for the job so I can close out the billing to my customer. There is apparently only one person in the office that is capable of scheduling appointments, but they are never in the office to perform their job. So when you call to make an appointment during regular business hours you are told by the person answering the telephone they will call you back several hours later with the availability if there is any. Called again two days later requesting a copy of the invoice and was told that there is only one person that does billing and she is not available. Speaking with Desiree she stated that Jen is the person who does the billing and she will be calling me back later today, we shall see. As a business owner this is not how our company is run so I am having a hard time with the fact that no one can ever help me or provide what I need to complete this job. Seems very unprofessional.
4-6-16: Received a phone call from the owner and office manager apologizing for the lack in communication and not receiving the paperwork that I had been requesting. As previously mentioned the experience with my original phone call and dispatch time was amazing it was the follow up I was having a hard time with. Dan, the owner and Kelly, the office manager did get back to me with all of the information and billing that I had requested within one hour. Kelly, the office manager explained some extenuating circumstances that had taken place in there office and went out of her way to make right by it. I appreciate that they both took the time to offer customer service to me and my business so I could in turn pass that on to our customer which all that I was asking for in the beginning. I believe in second chances and after speaking to both Dan and Kelly I just want to say thank you for making a wrong right.
