We had to get our septic tanks serviced and pumped. Francisco was awesome! He spent 4-5 hours digging by hand just to find the the covers. The entire time, Francisco was completely professional and curteouse. He also recommended we replace the lids to our tank because they were cracked and he provided us with an excellent referral from who we were able to get the covers from that same day. Long story short, if your looking for reliable, hard working septic company- doesn't get any better than Atlas Pumping and the service Francisco provided!

Well I will start from the beginning. I called on overtime three times and was disconnected each time before finally calling the backup number to get through to someone to let them know that there phones weren't working properly. They were efficient in having someone return the call and dispatch out a truck to do the job. However, the follow up and the people in the office have been hopeless. Five days later I can't get a copy of the invoice, a total amount for the job so I can close out the billing to my customer. There is apparently only one person in the office that is capable of scheduling appointments, but they are never in the office to perform their job. So when you call to make an appointment during regular business hours you are told by the person answering the telephone they will call you back several hours later with the availability if there is any. Called again two days later requesting a copy of the invoice and was told that there is only one person that does billing and she is not available. Speaking with Desiree she stated that Jen is the person who does the billing and she will be calling me back later today, we shall see. As a business owner this is not how our company is run so I am having a hard time with the fact that no one can ever help me or provide what I need to complete this job. Seems very unprofessional.

4-6-16: Received a phone call from the owner and office manager apologizing for the lack in communication and not receiving the paperwork that I had been requesting. As previously mentioned the experience with my original phone call and dispatch time was amazing it was the follow up I was having a hard time with. Dan, the owner and Kelly, the office manager did get back to me with all of the information and billing that I had requested within one hour. Kelly, the office manager explained some extenuating circumstances that had taken place in there office and went out of her way to make right by it. I appreciate that they both took the time to offer customer service to me and my business so I could in turn pass that on to our customer which all that I was asking for in the beginning. I believe in second chances and after speaking to both Dan and Kelly I just want to say thank you for making a wrong right.

I was in a serious predicament this week and Atlas was the only company in town to help me out. I was due to give birth any day now when our drains all backed up in our house. Our septic needed to be pumped ASAP. I called around and the soonest appointment I could get was the next week. I called Atlas next and spoke with Jenn. Not only was she super helpful and sympathetic to our situation, but she got in contact with the county and found a map of our property to locate our septic tank (we didn't know where it was) within the hour! She then explained our situation to one of their drivers and they were at my house within 3 hours, digging up our septic and draining. They were very helpful and friendly. No other company in town even came close to the level of customer service they provided. I will always use Atlas and recommend them from now on.

Atlas has been doing my grease trap for years at my current business. I used Atlas when I worked in the corporate world.
As such, today I decided I wanted get some help from their management as I just paid a plumber an outrageous amount of money for the 3rd month in a row to clean up my pipes, and acording to the Plumber, my main issue is the grease trap is too full. Atlas has just increased the visits to twice a month instead of monthly for me 3 months ago when the plumbing issues started. So I just looked at the work orders this time and the driver isnt requesting another increase in visits or writing down alarming amounts of matter in the reports. When I talked to my crew however, they did tell me the driver is coming in and out too fast and may not be taking enough time to clean this trap. Cncerned with this issues, I decided to speak to management and asked if they could have their driver pay a little extra attention to my grease trap.
How susprised was I when I realized the Manager or Owner ? ""BILL"" just wouldnt level with me.
Unable to LISTEN to my simple petitions and CRIES for help, BILL simply neglected to take my requests and kept on trying to sell me a 3rd visit a month, even after in his own words, there shouldnt be a need to service 3 times a month unless the readings are over 35% in combined matter (and mine are 25%). I was so out of saliva after a 15 minute talk and unable to get him to simply ask his driver to pay extra attention in the next visit to give us a decision on weather to get a 3rd visit or not, that I gave up and told Bill I couldnt waste any more time on the phone and thanks for his time. The cherry on the cake is when he called me back 30 seconds later and told me he didnt like the way our business was going so he will be back here to pick up his grease barrel (we dont have a barrel anyways) and stop doing business with us. To which of course, I didn't oppose, but....
Really?????
I just cant figure out how someone with out any ability to LISTEN can run a business this size.
