Hadn't had a plumber to the house in years, really impressed with how much better it is these days. On-time, friendly and made sure things stayed clean during the project. We had a new toilet and sink installed which took less time than I would have guessed.

We have a new Ryan home and Atlas has been out twice to handle small repairs. We have had the same serviceman both times, and he was fast, friendly, and informative about what was wrong and how we could do preventative maintenance. We were very happy with them.

Called at 4 pm on a Friday and told the answering service we needed a plumber that weekend. No one called until 11 am on Monday. Thank goodness I found another plumber who was responsive and professional.

Noticed a large water stain on the ceiling in my living room in my 3 year old Ryan Home. Since the plumbing is no longer under warranty by Ryan Homes as that ended after the 2nd year I was referred to Atlas Plumbing. I contacted their office and they were able to schedule and appointment the same day. The young lady said... ""We give free estimates..."" - So why was I charged $75.00 for the plumber to tell me what the issue was? What is the definition of free estimate? When I called back the young lady explained since the Plumber found the issue that is considered a diagnostic. LOL - So again what is an estimate that was supposed to be free? Of course I paid the Plumber as it wasn't his fault what was clearly communicated to me and he was very friendly and respectful. But I don't like liars!

Unreliable. Can't comment on their plumbing; they would have to show up for me to be able to comment. Have had 2 appointments over past 2 days, both with 4 hour windows. No show both days and haven't even managed to call to tell me they were going to be late. Find someone so you won't waste your days off from work waiting for them.

I had to replace our Water Pressure Booster Pump that is installed in our 4 story townhouse. It took a while for us to find a plumbing company that dealt with this type of pump and when found, all of them quoted an outrageous price. So, I purchased the pump myself and Atlas suggested to do the installation on a time and material basis which I found to be an honest and fair deal. The installation was done at a reasonable cost and with ease. Very happy to have dealt with Atlas!
