Atlas Plumbing is amazing! I had a plumbing issue that impacted my downstairs neighbors and potentially would require tearing out part of a wall covered in expensive tile (which mostly likely couldn't be replaced). The owner of Atlas personally came to my condo twice and sent a team to diagnose the problem. He also worked with the downstairs neighbors to get them to cooperate to avoid ripping out my tiled wall. I was very distraught thinking my newly renovated bathroom would have to be torn up. But after three Atlas visits to investigate, the plumbing problem turned out to be a condo pipe, not one of mine! Unbelievably responsive and outstanding service. Highly recommend!

I called Atlas and explained that my toilet and tub were backing up and full of waste. The tech came out and told me that I had to clean out my toilet before he can start working on we leaving the back up. I have never heard of a customer having to clean out waste from the toilets in order for a plumber to do a job. They proceeded to tell me that they need a longer snake as I expressed when I first called that I need 100 foot steak and a shop vac to clean out the waste. They left and never came back. I called the emergency line no one ever called me back. Horrible customer service. Shannon was the only one that was nice as far as the rest of the plumbing company they should not be in businesses

Called based on Yelp recommendation. Courteous, came over that evening after hours to quote my project. We agreed in a price and I was told they'd start first thing in the (Saturday ) morning. Annnd they ghosted.... Haven't heard back from any of my phone calls. Been a week. NEXT !!!

We recently lost both parents within a few months of each other and while getting ready to put the house on the market, a water valve broke and flooded the kitchen and hallway. We needed a plumber to come out right away but we live in a different state so didn't know anyone. We googled plumbers, said a quick prayer, and picked Atlas Plumbing. It has been a very difficult few months for us and this just put us over the edge. I spoke with the owner Diane and explained our situation and she sent someone over right away - this was at 7:30 am on a Monday morning. Louis was very professional, clean cut and very kind. He took very good care of us. He fixed our problem quickly and went out of his way to look at a couple of other things for us just to make sure nothing else was wrong. The hourly price was very reasonable as was the cost to fix the valve. He put our minds at rest and left saying how sorry he was for our losses. I was so impressed with this company that I asked him for several businesses cards and handed them out to all of my parent's neighbors. One neighbor fired a plumber a couple of months ago and called Atlas based on our recommendation. Louis came out the next day, fixed his problem and the neighbor said he was very impressed with the company. Diane followed up with a phone call to me to thank me for the referral and asked how we were doing. What a lovely and personal touch. This is a family owned business and I would not hesitate to contact them again. I cannot recommend them enough - you won't be disappointed!

Atlas came to my rescue! I had to fire my former GC and I needed to close out my permit and install my garbage disposal, faucet and Dish washer. They have taken care of me in the past with my water heater as well. Shannon is awesome and super helpful and knowledgable. Holland was on time, professional and clean. They have great pricing and friendly.
