In December of last year, my main water line had a leak. I called Atlas and they came out right away and installed a new water line. The installation was good and the price reasonable. While installing the new water line,, I was told they were also installing a pressure regulator. I assumed this was a code requirement and found out later I was correct.
In the weeks after the installation, I noticed my water pressure was low and my sprinklers would not work properly. I called Atlas and complained and asked for someone to come by and adjust the regulator for a higher pressure. Not knowing the full story, I agreed to a charge of $65 for the adjustment.
The plumber showed up and in less than one minute adjusted the regulator to a higher pressure. He explained that the regulator is factory set for 55 pounds; which was too low to run my sprinklers.
This regulator should have been adjusted for the proper pressure, when it was installed and not left at the low factory setting and then charge another $65 to make the adjustment.
I consider myself lucky, that I talked to the plumber without being charged and they say lawyers are bad. Plumbers can be worse when it comes to charging for time.

I want to give Kieth Cooper a plumber with Atlas the best review ever. He was the 3rd plumber from different companies to diagnose my situation at home. Every one said I needed to do something different to get my problem fixed. Of course the other guys were up charging the amount and work that needed to be done. Kieth was 2 hours early ( not complaining) and inspected my house as I told him about what the other plumbers said was the problem. He grabbed his snake machine and went straight to unclogging my main line. Within 30 minutes he was done and he saved me from breaking my floors and replacing the main line like others would have done. He was early, polite, honest and real. I will forever use Kieth Cooper as my plumber. The Sanchez family thanks you. And our ducks are happy too

I had a clogged toilet. Atlas came out the next day, unclogged toilet ($140+). That night toilet overflowed from handle hole on tank. By morning my hubby found and repaired the level ball that was rising above tank handle. I cleaned up another wet bathroom. Next day (Thursday) I called Vicky who was pleasant and assured me that was not right and a supervisor would call me back. I gave it until Monday and called again - got Vicky again who seemed genuinely concerned that no on had contacted me and assured me supervisor would call immediately. Still haven't heard from them... other than they cashed my check. Ugh!

I got my leaky faucet tub fixed by Pete and his assistant Lionel on 9/6/18. I called the day prior to set the appointment.
They were both very courteous and professional and arrived on time. They even wore shoe covers. :)
I tried to do the job myself, but little did I know a blow torch was needed. And I tried to do it myself the day prior, with no luck...

The main cartridge was jammed to the pipe because of the hard water/calcium build up (we don't own a water softener, but probably should).
Cost of repair = $110/hour plus parts. Not bad. If I need any other plumbing work, I'ld definitely call Atlas Plumbing again and ask for Pete. He's a very knowledgeable plumber, he knows what he's doing. Pete adjusted the water temperature as well, per my request. (I watched the entire time while they were repairing the faucet). Now I can take a super hot shower with great water pressure and no more leaky faucet!!!! Thanks again guys! :)
