An experience i regret.

They tried to rectify the situation. But my first impression was ruined by the customer service and by the quote that changed due to them under pricing me ""they said"" and then doing work they know they couldn't complete just to be paid.

And the attitudes when i wanted to go over the quote that had prices for items that was never used.

The people that work there are descent but the price gouge was a disappointment.

We called Atlas Plumbing, as we had used them before with great success, to install a faucet and replace our toilet in the master bathroom.
We were asked what day we would like a technician sent to our home, and the window of time.
We were also sent a picture of our technician which is a nice feature.
Our technician Juan Banuelos showed up within the window given us. He introduced himself and looked at the project. He was a very nice young man, and his appearance was neat and clean. He put on booties showing respect for our home.
He installed the faucet perfectly. We discussed the toilet I wanted, and he gave us some options, but he went above and beyond to try and find a toilet similar to the one we wanted to replace.
He is still in the process of finding something for us, and I have faith he will try the best he can to find what we are looking for, if not we can then discuss possible alternatives. We totally believe in him, and whatever we decide it will be to our satisfaction.
I highly recommend Atlas Plumbing.

Rod, Hugo, Marco. we cannot thank you enough! These guys know their Plumbing! We had a Water main break, went into complete panic mode, and they were absolutely, BEYOND amazing. They did not rob us (like other local companies tried to), they gave us a VERY fair price and delivered what they promised. We will never go to a different plumbing company ever again, they were that good, we absolutely love them and will use them for as long as they are in business for any and all of our plumbing needs 10 stars is not enough that's how good they are. What a rip off! $272 to evaluate and troubleshoot shoot loose toilet. $533.00 to reset toilet. Literally, the technician lifted the toilet as it was not even attached to the floor by previous owners. They reinstalled the toilet with flange and wax ring. Took less than an hour which was filled with more conversation than work. They took advantage of my wife. I reached out via email for explanation with no response to justify charging $750 for a job that should have been $150-$200 total. Very disappointed and cannot wait to tell more homeowners in in Sun City Anthem.
