Scam! Beware! Needed to get a plumber to look at our toilet because the pipes were backed up. So we call Atlas Plumbing assuming that they would get the job done. A man by the name of Paul came in to help resolve the issue. But instead he was back there for over an hour and all you heard was a loud drilling sound. I thought nothing of it just assumed he was doing his job and knew what he was doing. Once he was all done he came up and asked for payment which was fine and was quickly out of the door. Once I go back to see what he has done mind you nothing was fixed and he said he couldn't do anything about it the toilet was destroyed there were scratches Nicks and dings inside. Once I have noticed I gave him a call and he blamed everyone but himself meaning us. At this point he does not answer his phone calls clearly must screen them and cannot get ahold of him. Finally when we did we sent him images of the toilet being destroyed by him and he completely denies it again but says he will fix it. He stopped in in the beginning of June to fix the toilet mind you it is August and the toilet is still not fixed. When we give him a call he finally answers but then hangs up several times. Then he decided to answer the phone call and give us a fake name when we all know he is a one-man team. We had a beautiful porcelain toilet and now it is ruined and has black scratches thick black scratches all within it looks like a stool streak which is so embarrassing when we have people needing to use the restroom. If there was an option I would click 0 Stars. Just save yourself the time and headache and go to a different establishment. The man Not only was giving us a difficult time but was extremely unprofessional, arrogant and rude. Speaks to people with no respect as if are children. I am writing this review so that nobody has a situation like this. This is by far the worst experience I have ever had with a business and I will not let it happen to anyone else.

NEVER USE THEM FOR ANY PLUMBING WORK!

I hired them to install new pipes on my property. They do not stick with their contracts. Their contracts keep changing without informing me of the changes. He doesn't keep his word and he cuts corners. I hired him to install new pipes but all he did was put a clamp on my pipes and still ask for the same amount.

DON'T TRUST HIM WITH YOUR WORK! HE LIES AND IS NOT RESPONSIBLE!!
