Atlas Plumbing replaced a water heater within 5 days of their diagnosis. They were timely, courteous, and made sure the job was properly done and up to code. A couple days after the water heater was installed, one of the toilets coincidentally clogged. We called another plumber who couldn't unclog it and told us that it would require taking the entire toilet out at a charge of $400. We called Atlas right after that plumber came out, and they were kind enough to squeeze in a last minute look. They easily spotted the problem, got it unclogged within 5 minutes, and the most impressive thing of all was that they didn't charge a dime for the trip out nor the unclogging!! Louis said he just wanted to do the right thing, instead of trying to squeeze more money out of me. That alone just speaks volumes to their character. We definitely recommend their crew!

We purchased a new home that had some of the hardest water I have ever experienced. My hands were cracked and bleeding, my hair was getting dry and brittle and we were going through our soaps and shampoos like crazy with little to no lather. We were also concerned about how dry our babies skin was getting from their regular baths. A friend of mine recommended Atlas Plumbing so I called and had a great conversation about our options. They came over to the house immediately and took the time to look over everything and explain how the whole process would work. They were very up front about the costs and potential risks of installing a water softener on an older home which I appreciated. They also gave me best and worst case scenarios regarding how much we would spend so that there wouldn't be any surprises. I was grateful that they recommended spending more on a better unit rather than buying a cheap system that wouldn't last as long. You really do get what you pay for. They started work quickly and it was so nice having them around for the couple days they were here working. Such lovely personable people who were fun to chat with. They were so kind to my two 18 month old twins who just adored them. While they were installing the water Softener I also had them replace our kitchen sink with a nice deep basin and new faucet. They did such a beautiful job. They were so quiet, respectful, and clean while they were working.

Over ten years ago Atlas completely removed and replaced all the plumbing in my 100 + years old remodel. Its pier and beam almost 4 ft off the ground.
During this unprecedented time of record freezing I followed Mr. Rileys advice. Wrap and drip the outside faucets. Monitor the inside water.
And use common sense. (Although I still put things thru the disposal)
I am fine and water perfect.
Thank you Atlas, your team and you family. You get 100% credit.

Look elsewhere. That is all i can say. I have a home warranty through Old Republic Home Protection, and Atlas Plumbing is apparently one of their service providers. Atlas was recently assigned a service call from me regarding my water softener and looked at it for 2 minutes and told me to replace it. didn't do any tests, didn't try to fix it... just was anxious to sell me a new top of the line Culligan-type of system... and all for only $750 more dollars, on top of the cash-out check i received for the old one! of course the pluming would have to be modified...not covered under warranty. didn't take long to figure out this was a scam to sell new water softeners.
don't waste your time calling these people...all they will do is pressure you to buy a new system.

Good plumbers are hard to find! I knew exactly what the issue was, and of the 12 plumbers I called, only 3 were willing to give me prices over the phone. Atlas offered the best price and was able to come out the very next morning. A different company came out to offer a free estimate, but wanted to charge me $688 for a "bandaid" fix with other "package options" increasing in price up to $2500. Atlas plumbing did the job for $265. They were prompt, professional, courteous, and honest. They did a GREAT job, and they did it fairly and well. I recommend them to everyone!
