So my new water heater is finished after months of dealing with this. Daisy from Atlas is the reason for me updating this. She helped me get through the nightmare that dealing with Rheem is. David the tech was always nice whenever he came out.

She also sent a quote to just replace the tub with a regular tub without jets for $6,859

I had some leaking beneath my master bath that dripped down to my downstairs half bath. I scheduled an estimate last min and they came the next morning. I was so impressed by the rep that I decided to cancel my other quotes and go with Atlas. I am so happy! He gave me a super good price and so much info I couldn't have felt more competent in my decision. Ibwas able to schedule him to come back THE SAME DAY! And he completed the work with minimal wall cuts. Excited to have found a co with employees who care so much more about us than a buck.

LOVE Atlas Plumbing! Our water heater went out and flooded the garage. The Atlas Plumbing operator scheduled Richard who arrived to our house with in three hours. Richard texted when he was on his way which included a picture of himself and a short bio with his qualifications.

Richard was on time and very professional. His since of humor was lighthearted and lightened what started as a very frustrating day. He was able to verify and replace our unit under the manufactures warranty and verify the proper permits were in place.

I cannot thank Richard and Atlas Plumbing enough for the wonderful service and making a very frustrating situation easier. I HIGHTY recommend Richard at Atlas Plumbing. Thank you Richard!!

Let me just start off by saying how Atlas plumbing has two amazing technicians working for them. They were simply amazing, kind hearted and took their time to get the job done right. Danny and Elisio. Thank you so much for the hard work you two have put in at our home. We had a whole plumbing reroute for our entire home and I know its not easy working when it's 110° degrees outside! Also, we have an eleven month old baby and everyday before they left for the day they ensured we had running hot water which I was extremely grateful for. Danny and Elisio always explained everything to my husband and myself what they were doing and why. These two gentlemen were extremely professional and clean. Next project will be a water softener and a reverses osmosis and I am requesting Danny and Elisio to do the job for me. Thank you again Danny and Elisio you two rock!!

On 8/9/2020 I was going through my jewelry found a charm my mom had given me when I was little. To make a long story short the charm fell down the drain. I was so upset I called Atlas Plumbing. The receptionist answered the phone. I told her what had happened she told me she couldn't get anyone out there till 4 or 5 PM. I think she heard from my voice how upset I was so she put me on hold and came back and told me she could have somebody there between 1 and 2 pm. I thanked her for being concerned. At 1pm Atlas arrived on time two plumbers showed up I believe his name is Alessio and the other was Richard. It took them less then five minutes to recover my charm I was so great full to both of them. I have been with Atlas Plumbing for 3 or 4 years and never had anything bad to say about them . I know I can depend on Atlas Plumbing . No charge.

I've had no hot water and called Atlas. The plumber, Danny, arrived early and was both pleasant and professional.

I've used Atlas in the past; they installed my water filtration system. I've always been very pleased with the results.

We have been suffering with an awful smell in our house for a year. We had numerous plumbers come out and all of them never took the real time to find the issue.
5 minutes in my house Danny found a vent pipe that was not connected fixed it and was gone in 30 minutes! I'll never call another plumber! Thanks Danny!

ELESIO ""hopefully I spelled that correctly"" was very professional, knowledgeable and followed all the covid restrictions. I'm so glad I picked this company!!! You will not be disappointed!!! Eliseo took excellent care of us. They were able to repair our sewer line a lot quicker than we thought possible.... and that was important because we were without a toilet until it was done. They put in long hours in summer heat to make sure the job was done and done right. These guys are pros. Highest recommendation.
