The sewer line is complicated because many spaces are connected.
On the first day, the cleaning failed because it was not clogged with clutter, but with old sludge deposit. Atlas Plumbing cleaned it with JET water the next day, and two months have passed without any problems.

Joe took my call while he was still on another job just after 5pm, came out at the end of the day in the dark, and repaired a pipe/hose bib that had rusted out and broken off inside a wall. My tenants had meanwhile shut off water to the house, affecting two families, and the four-letter plumbing company offered me a repair slot for the following day between 3 and 5, so getting Atlas out to fix it in less than two hours was fantastic. What a difference in attitude and work ethic. Avoid the four-letter-plumbing companies! Call Joe!

Upon discovering multiple water spots in my son's bedroom, I was frantically looking for some help. Atlas plumbing came the day I called them and explained everything in detail. From cutting the holes in the ceiling to the complete repair, they were professional and clean and the ceiling looks great now with no leaks in place. Thank you guys for being responsive to my questions and very helpful during this frustrating situation. I haven't repainted yet but you can barely even see the transitions, great work all around!

A Saturday morning! We see a small standing puddle of water outside in the yard where the main water line goes into the house. It was a slow leak, and the water would pulsate every 8 seconds or so. Went to Yelp, and Atlas Plumbing came up with many 5 Star reviews. We sent a message to Atlas and got a response from the owner Joe within 10 minutes. Joe indicated he could head over immediately; he provided an estimate of the time needed to do the repair, the cost, and the timing of his arrival. I love that he could provide an exact time. We confirmed the repair appointment, and Joe arrived at the specified time. Joe is exactly what you would want in a contractor coming to your home; neat and professional, friendly, knowledgeable, efficient. Joe listened to us as we described what we saw, and explained how we made the problem worse by digging down into the dirt ourselves where we got too close to the PCV pipe causing the crack to become larger and making it leak more profusely. Joe got to work immediately. He had to dig more through the dirt to expose more of the plumbing and pipes. He took a few minutes to look at the problem, saw the issue and started the fix. He had all the needed parts and tools with him, and fixed the problem within the timeframe he indicated. Once the pipe glue at the repair site was set, he stayed for the time needed to ensure the leak was fixed and there were no other leaks. I cannot believe that this issue got resolved within an hour and a half of my reaching out! On a Saturday, no less. We highly recommend Atlas Plumbing for their integrity, knowledge and professionalism. 5 Stars!!

I emailed and they responded fast. I had to wait until Monday I called them on a Sunday. The first guy showed up right on time and worked for several hours trying to ratify my problem it didn't second day new people came over late I called to find out where they were. They were very nice and worked for quite a few hours and got half of it done and then said it was going to cost me another $1800 to complete the job correctly. I decided not to pay the extra amount. My toilets wouldn't drain when I first started the project.

Best knowledgeable and professional plumber in town!

Yesterday morning our toilet ended up getting clogged by paper towel we thought we could unclog ourselves. We tried everything googled suggested to us and even 2 different lengths of toilet augers but still could not get it. After try all day long to unclog it we chose defeat and went straight to Yelp to find a plumber.

Started a ""project"" through Yelp and Atlas was one of the first ones to respond, mind you it's around 7 in the evening. Joe was the only one that was able to give us a flat rate quote through Yelp messages without having to get on the phone to chat or even come by and do a diagnostic first. Unlike other local plumbers who will charge you for a diagnostic then charge to fix the issue or the other highly unprofessional plumbers we had called.

We were able to schedule an appointment for the next morning. Joe came on by first thing in the morning and was able to unclog the toilet in no joke 10 mins! While he was over Joe went ABOVE AND BEYOND when we mentioned our same bathroom sink was draining slowly, he was able to clear the blockage for us. While he was looking at the sink, he ended up noticing there was a leak underneath that he went ahead and fixed it as well!

Highly recommend using this company and will be using Atlas for future plumbing issues!

Joe Grilho returned today to install a part in our Reverse Osmosis system. It is functioning very well now. We utilize this system a lot. It not only supplies us with pure drinking water, we also have this system connected to the ice maker in our refrigerator.

He sent his team to install a new disposal early the next morning, in order to accommodate our travel schedule that day.
