Kristopher at Atlas did a thorough assessment to find exactly where the pipe issue occurred. He and his team are knowledge and were very careful with finding the failed pipe and replacing it quickly with quality materials. Not only did he do great work, he is personable and even followed up a few days later to check in on how everything was going.

We booked Atlas for a tub faucet installation. They had sent me available times, and I chose 10:00 - 12:00. The day of the appointment, I received a text stating that they would let me know when they were 30 minutes away and to ""try to go about my day as normal."" I responded asking if the arrival time of 10:00 to 12:00 was inaccurate, and was told that they don't actually have set arrival times - you just have to wait around until they decide to show up. I said that if that was the case, I would have to reschedule for a different day, as I was unable to make myself available for the entire day. Atlas asked if the following day would work, and we rescheduled for the next day. I had to rearrange my schedule, knowing that they could theoretically show up at any time during the day. Well, around 2:30 in the afternoon on the day of the appointment, I get another text saying that their plumber would not be available after all, and asking to reschedule again. I said no, of course (fool me once, etc.). If you value your time, don't book with Atlas.

I had been told that during a home inspection I had a pipe leaking under the house. I had another company give me a quote at a shocking amount. I wanted to get a second opinion so I called Atlas Home Services. Chad came out and inspected everything and told me that I didn't even have a leak. I kept saying, ""Are you sure?"" He walked me through his process while checking and even checked a couple other places to give me piece of mind. Wow. I am sure glad that I called for another opinion. We had a leaky outdoor faucet. Atlas was able to come out within two business days. Konnor was our plumber and he showed up, friendly and attentive, and fixed the problem. He also was very upfront about the possible issues, future issues, and even showed me how to do it in case I need to do it again! He even took a look at and tightened our front lawn faucet when we mentioned it sprayed water when turned on. Would definitely recommend. Thank you Atlas and thank you Konnor!

My 80 year old aunt was in desperate need of a working shower in the main floor and Konner and his assistant, Joe, were so moved and honored to take care of her because she is the sweetest little old lady! I live in California and over the phone constant communication was key since my aunt is also hard of hearing. Konner took pictures, called me, was not pushy on his price/service and I got a fair price for exceptional service. His admin team, Anthony in particular, and dispatch team were also lovely to deal with as well and made the experience seamless. My aunt is not taking a bubble bath that she hasn't had in years and lifted her spirits. Thanks Konner and Atlas!
