Very professional. I called for an estimate. Service manager came out on time. Explained everything in English. On the day of the appointment, the service technical did a FANTASTIC job. Super clean and super organized. I will gladly use Atlas Home Services again for my future plumbing needs.
Rakesh V.For simple toilet clogging, they charge 125$ and the attendant says thats the minimum. He was done in 5 minutes and sitting idle in the parking lot for more than 2 hours. Worst place ever to get plumbing issues fixed.
This service call was a total disaster. Did they show up on time? Yes, Did they bring the parts they needed for the repair? Not all of them. I spoke to the Service Manager the week prior and provided exactly what valve was being installed and that there was overflow water in the drip tray. They installed all the plumbing when the house was built, so they should know exactly what plumbing was needed (pipes, diameter etc.) They identified that an overpressure tank was needed and luckily they had one on the truck. They sent two guys. One guy moved the water heater in and out (to install the drip tray). That's it, so I paid nearly $800! for four hours total where one guy's just watched the other guy do basically nothing for four hours. The only thing he did (other than move the water heater) was drive to Lowes to buy the PVC parts for the install. Of course while the one guy ran for parts the other guy just stood around. The parts on the truck were the wrong parts! So I paid for them to correct their self-caused problem. They did check the pressure and said it was too high (80 PSI) which led to the overpressure tank blowing. They reset the pressure to what they said was 60 psi then left. That evening we had so little water pressure the faucets barely ran and the showerhead literally ""dripped"" water-there was so little pressure. I called early the next morning to complain and have someone come by and check the pressure which clearly was not right. The receptionist put me on hold and when she came back she said she had talked to the technican and he said he set the pressure at 60 PSI so there should be no problem. When I stated that just couldn't be correct she said it was ""out of her hands"" and I would have to talk to the service manager. I asked that I be contacted by him as soon as possible. It's been a WEEK now and absolutely no contact. Luckily the next day I ordered a pressure gauge, got it the following day and checked the pressure myself. Low and behold 40 PSI! that's nearly nothing. So after I reset it to the 60 PSI (Atlas ""Claimed"" they set it to) all is well. Bottom line, THE WORST PLUMBING service ever. NEVER use Atlas home services, they overcharge, are not prepared and do not provide the quality of service for the prices they charge.
Service men and engineers are professional and courteous. I give 5 STARS for the work they do. Being considerate goes a long way in any ones life. Happy to he their customer and hope they maintain this quality for decades to come!
Sallie B.Great company and great service. It is nice to know a company cares about doing a good job and they stand behind their work. Followed up too to make sure everything was done to our satisfaction.

Mike H.I thought the guy did a great job. I just built a new house and the work wasn't that great in a couple of places. The plumber addressed any of my problems and I am satisfied. Thanks.
I had an emergency call to Atlas for a toilet leak. The service staff directed me what to do while I waited for the plumber to prevent more leaking. The plumber arrived within hours of my call. He was super friendly, professional and very knowledgeable. He quickly identified the problem and fixed it immediately. He noticed another problem with a different toilet and fixed it while he was there. Great service. I definitely will use them again for future work and recommend Atlas to others.
