Nasty incompetent people. Air conditioning issue. Service man came and said needed a new part. While he was there, he performed the scheduled maintenance as contracted for. Never went into the attic. Next day part was installed. Questioned the worker about the scheduled maintenance. He went into the attic and did what he called the proper service. He also put new part to make system work. Never checked. System did not work. Had to call back. He then flushed the lines and system worked. Did we really need the part? A few hours later, cleaning lady noticed a hose was left running which was used to flush the line. Incompetence at its worst. A couple of days later, system shut down again. Bad part. The owner said could not come out in a timely matter. After speaking with another employee, they agreed to come out. Never showed up. After speaking with the owner, she claimed no one from her office would agree to come out the same day. She lied. I am livid and will not recommend this company to anyone.

I have also found these people to be extremely dishonest and not honor the terms of their contract. They show up and find reasons to charge you for covered items. The other thing they do all the time is tell you the machine is too old...and they can't get parts. In both cases in my house this was an outright LIE. The repairmen get paid extra for lying to you and making you spend unjustified money...CROOKS. Watch for the response from them on this TRUE REVEIW...they'll make up some BS excuse that will be more lies... Don't go near them go to another company...several to choose from...ALL BETTER

The worse company. Do not use them, the only thing the owner does is take your money. They send people for service calls and IF they show up they don't actually fix anything. They write fraudulent quotes without even opening the AC unit!! Dont use them, they owner us the worst business woman.

With all the heat and humidity here it south Florida it's easy to get yourself worked into a bit of a tizzy when you come home to hot house! I called Atlas and they were here in no time. A nice Army Veteran named Donny was the tech sent to our home my wife swears he's gods gift to women but id say he's more of God's gift to air conditioning! He was knowledgeable and explained everything to us thoroughly and had our house cooling down again in a jiffy. I highly recommend you request him for your next air conditioning emergency!!!

Steven it is your company it was your company changing the name does not make it better Would you like my canceled checks?? People check the BBB you'll see. Enough is enough Kimberly the owner says I was not her customer at the bottom of this review. I am embarrassed to admit that I HAVE been a customer since 2003 and I have the contracts and cancel checks to prove it.

I had this company for several years, they are the worst. they send people to do the jobs, and each one that comes for all repairs, says this item needs to be replaced. toilet, sinks, air conditioner, water heater etc. my airconditioner thank god has been working for 2 1/2 years since they said it needed to be replaced. the sink and toilets were fixed by a friend, after I stopped using atlas. I think the repairmen must work on commission, since nothing I had seemed to be able to be fixed. one day a repair lady came to my house to repair a vessel sink. she took the whole thing apart and didn't know how to put it back. they only have service people during the week, which doesn't work out for people who work!!!!!!!!!!! they will only come for an emergency on Saturday for air.. I RECOMMEND YOU FIND ANOTHER COMPANY SINCE KIMBERLY WHO I THINK IS THE OWNER,IS RUDE AND A HORRIBLE BUSINESS WOMAN,.

Horrible company! 1. Whoever is in charge of keeping their book of appointments does not do their job properly. If you give somebody a time window and they take off time from work to accommodate it, have respect for your customer. Don't cancel 5 minutes before then end of the """"window"""" and say that you can't make it anymore because of an """"emergency."""" So within that 4-hour window you just realize you were not going to make it due to an """"emergency""""? 2. After rescheduling for the morning a few days later (which they claimed we were first on the dispatch list) they once again didn't call to notify us of a change and said we are scheduled for an afternoon window. After rescheduling for a 3rd time, this time a Friday morning we called back because we no longer needed their services for one of our issues and needed to change it to a afternoon window when we would be home. The lady who answered claimed that she noted it. We called back this morning and all of a sudden they don't have any record of that. Never seen a bigger set of jokers in my life. They need to create a type of appointment confirmation call/email or something. Act like a business not like people doing their customers favors.

FAUDULANT SERVICE AND TAKES ADVANTAGE OF THE ELDERLY. I don't know how this company is still in business, they lied about our AC being broken when in fact it was repairable. I paid for a second AC company to come and verify the damage and confirm no replacement was needed. Atlas refused to take responsibility and show proof of AC damage. Gave an exorbitant amount for replacement when it should have been covered through their maintenance agreement that I pay for every year. Office continues to hang up on us when confronted with the truth. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL, you will regret ever using. I feel sorry for the people that don't read the reviews.

I replaced my AC two weeks ago. The price was excellent and the technician who installed the air handler was pleasant, helpful and answered all of my questions thoroughly. Reading some of the reviews here gives me pause but so far, I'm quite pleased with the service received.

Horrendous!!!! They suck! We replaced our AC unit 5 years ago and it's under warranty. Well they never registered our unit and now it's not covered. Reporting to BBB. Oh and they hung up on my husband when he tried discussing the situation with them. No accountability.
