DO NOT USE THEM! Beware, although they say dispatches for covered items are covered in the contract, they find creative ways say not covered and charge extra. Nothing seems to be covered! When you call up to question the bill, the owner is rude and does not listen what the dispatch and resolution was really about. I will certainly be dropping my contract.

The lady in the billing office in Delray Beach that answered the phone is very unprofessional and called me an """"asshole"""" I called to dispute the bill because I was willing to pay the service fee of $125 but not the diagnostic fee of $125 due to I had to call another A/C company to come and fix the issue. They could not get a key to the roof, not by any fault of mine that no one was in the office to obtain a key. The Gentleman turned the thermostat on and felt cold air and when my Dad stated no it's the fan behind you he proceeded to say job done and left. When I advised that I was going to write a review they sent me the same bill for $250 after I was advised by the billing lady it was reduced to $190. I sent payment in for $190 at good faith and pray that they don't send me to collections since I was advised I was going to collections by a gentleman that answered the phone. If the owners, if their name are really, Deborah Martin and Steve SanPedro reads this your employees are unprofessional and to call someone that feels she got ripped off an """"Asshole"""" that is poor professionalism and bad for your company. As per reviews you have had alot of complaints about the billing lady and to still have her working there WOW!! Payment submitted for $190

Woman who answers the phone at The Atlas Services in Delray Beach is unprofessional! She is rude, yells, calls you names and hangs up on you. She doesn't give you time to even explain the problem. She calls you a liar and calls you stupid. Atlas needs to get a Receptionist that is professional and understand customer service.

Writing specifically about the Atlas in Boynton/Del Ray beach.... DO NOT USE THESE GUYS. My experience with them was so full of problems that there is too much to explain, but some highlights are: Over billing Bad Information on the phone Lack of warrantee on work Promises broken Take advantage of the elderly And they record phone calls without your awareness or consent. And they told me they """"have lawyers on call if I chose to leave negative online reviews."""" Long story short, it cost over $500 to get an AC line drained. Do yourself a favor and call another service.

Consider it carefully before doing business with Atlas Home Services. The administration was not responsive to my concerns; their technicians did not follow up on work they did even though a problem with it, was brought to the administration's attention. To me, the administration's customer service, attention and attitude, tended to be rude and uncompromising. I will not do business with Atlas Home Services in the future.

I have been using Atlas Home Services for over 5 years in two different homes in Delray. I am unsure as to what has happened to this company but their customer service is absolutely disgusting. I have made two different appointment now one know one showed up and then today I had one scheduled between 1-4pm by Nick and I called to confirm at 1:30pm and the women in the office said once again I had no appointment. This women not only raised her voice at me but her tone and disrespect was absolutely disgusting. She hung up on me as well I asked multiple times to speak to a manager or the owner and she said no one was there and she was the only one. Then even stated to me what are you going to do about it!!!! When I all wanted was to speak to someone who was level headed. This is exactly disappointing as I have never run into an issue with this company this is why we have a contract with them. But to feel threatened and spoken to by this women in the office this company should be ashamed to have her working for them.

I learned the hard way. When Yelp has multiple low ratings for a company, it's for a reason. Twice the owner hung up on me-- when I was attempting to get an answer to the why they changed 2.5 times what was quoted for a service which I stupidly paid. Then when attempting to get a receipt for the completed service, the owner refused to send it, explaining the account is now closed. Why? Because it was in my late husband's name and service contracts don't extent to other family members or the surviving spouse. Incredibly unethically, the owner ends a valid contract and will not give a prorated refund for the 5 remaining months of the agreement. If there's a lawyer reading this, please explain how this is legal? There are many other honorable companies with good reviews to choose from. Note the many low ratings on Yelp. I gather I'm not the only one with a horrific experience.
