$100 pre-pay for a diagnosis which caused a TON of problems on their end because they tried to charge me for that fee twice.
Then, when they got here, they started to tell me everything that isn't to specifications.
They said it was very likely the P-trap that was causing the A/C leaking issue. Paid just over $200 to have it replaced with one that was within spec -- not much difference actually HOPING that their expert diagnosis would resolve the issue.
Less than ten hours later, the A/C began leaking through my ceiling -- again.
They did offer to come out again and continue to diagnose the issue for another FEE.
In my opinion, this company is no better than any run-of-the-mill A/C shop except that they continue to want to collect (pre-paid) fees every single time regardless of it is solves the root cause of the issue or not.

They came to set up the outlet/plug for a garbage disposal. They did not tell me up front that there was a 4% charge for using a credit card and a trip charge of $75.00. When the bill was presented by the electrician he wanted over $400.00 for about a 45 minute job. I spoke up and asked if the trip charge was reversed if they were used for the job as in this case. Oh yes, he admitted this only after I brought it up. He never told me about the 4% credit card use charge either. The work was okay, but way too pricey and not up front about their policies. I will try another company next time.

Called for a duct inspection and attic sealing. Joe E., was the tech that conducted the inspection. He was very attentive and thorough. I got a quote for the duct seal and he made other recommendations.
Will definitely be calling them back when I am ready.

I needed to get a shower/tub combo faucet and shower head replaced so I put in a request for quotes through Yelp. Atlas Plumbing responded quickly and was able to come change them out the next day. Andres and Jakob were professional, quick, and thorough in their work. The new shower set up looks great!!

I highly recommend Atlas Electric and AC. They were prompt, professional, and knowledgeable. They fixed our broken built in microwave quickly and cleaned up their mess. They even swept under the stove when they moved it and the mess wasn't theirs.

Atlas is the worst company to work for due to the fact that they robbed my hours 16 to be Exact they didn't pay my uniform deposit of $400. And they only have 2 certified AC technicians the rest are helpers so be careful on your installs when they do them.

Our kitchen ceiling was leaking during the night on a Friday. Luckily, we shut down the water and put in a request for a plumber to come early Saturday morning. We received timely service. Jeremy did a great job and fixed our leak problem. We are very grateful for excellent service and response time. I highly recommend this business! Two thumbs up!
