If I could give a negative rating I would, a project that should have taken 45-60 days (which I was quoted) has taken over a year to date, countless failed inspections (3 failed insulation, 1 failed framing, 3 failed electrical, 2 failed plumbing, never completed occupancy), trying to cheap out on material and go below code causing more fails, taking shortcuts leading to more failed inspections and more delays, avoiding phone calls/texts and not working for weeks at a time, taking cash and disappearing for weeks, paying for work to be done by a sub contractor to find out he hasn't paid the sub contractors, using sub contractors with licenses not under their own name. There just isn't enough space or time to explain how horrible the service has been and I can't stress enough to avoid this company. Also, we have had to hire our own new contractor to fix a lot of the mistakes he made.

The typical example of poor service. A certificate was purchased in an auction for 2 hours of handyman services. When I called to set an appointment it took 3 phone calls to get a return call. Once on the phone the owner seemed very engaged and helpful. The first appt was cancelled but a phone call and visit were promised later in the day. No call, no show. A few days later I called again and set up an appt. No show. I called again. No call, no show. EVER. The owner was aware I needed the odd jobs done within 5 weeks for an event at my home. This contractor said he did work for a next door neighbor and I'd the brother of another neighbor. None if which compelled him to handle his business and make good on a donation both he (not teally) and I made to charity. Completely unreliable.
