I wanted to replace two old toilets in my beach house plus get a leaky shower valve fixed. Atlantis Plumbing was great! They quoted a price over the phone, and scheduled a day a few weeks out. They said I wouldn't need to be there, so I gave them the somewhat complicated access instructions. No problem! Richard(?) came on the appointed day, replaced the toilets and fixed the leaky valve. Sent me the bill, and it was under the estimate. Toilets are great, no mess left behind. I'm very happy with their work!

Fantastic service at a reasonable price.

Richard helped get our plumbing issues (pressure very low after re-opening main valve going into house) resolved super-fast prior to Thanksgiving - even when he was planning to take time off for the holiday!

When I spoke to Kathy (admin/scheduler/+...), she relayed our situation to Richard and he was out the next day! He not only quickly fixed our issue but did other work we had queued up to be done (not emergency work).

Richard was very friendly and professional. He provided options and potential risk involved with a couple of the 'extra' work we had him do...thankfully he accomplished all the work without any incident! His rate was lower than other certified plumbers and other *non-certified* plumbing/water services!

We made an appointment for about a week out, in Lincoln City. I was so pleased that the technician came by shortly after noon, so my mother-in-law didn't have to wait around all day. He fixed all her issues with two sinks and two toilets, and the bill was super reasonable. I'm so thrilled with this company I feel like doing a happy dance! I needed three different projects done. Atlantis Plumbing was the first Plumber that could come out to do that work. Reasonable hourly rate, and work done efficiently. Leaky faucets are gone and new faucets installed and working well.

Contacted this gentleman to help unclog two bathroom sinks and stop a leak in kitchen of newly purchased home. Upon arriving, ""plumber"" says he does not do bathroom showers, and he doesn't have as snake long-enough for my bathroom sink? On to the kitchen, where he informs me I need to purchase a new part. He charged me over $100 for the 45 min or so spent, mostly him talking. I purchased the required part for kitchen sink on my own, contacted same ""plumber"" to help with repairs again. He says he's going to charge another $110. I ask ""why, when initial issues were never resolved""? He replies he EARNS $100 hr - that is the going rate. I reply, ""even when job is incomplete?"" He says, ""yes"".
So I contact the other plumber in town, who upon arrival finds I am missing another part to repair kitchen leak. This friendly gentleman actually goes to Ace hardware himself and purchases said part for me, and returns to fix the job. AND he charged less than the first ""plumber"".

If I had to design a plumbing service, this is exactly how I'd want it to be. Richard communicated clearly, he was prompt and friendly, he knew his stuff, he left my sink way better than he found it, he's easy to talk to and answered his phone and voicemail promptly. There's simply nothing he could have done to make the experience any better because he had it so well in hand.

These people may be great, but I wouldn't know. I just called them because I had a plumbing problem that needed immediate help and they said they couldn't help me until the end of the week. I said do you have any suggestions? Their answer was look in the book.
