Thank you John Henry for coming to our home at such short notice. With the excessive amount of rain we sprung a leak in our basement and could not determine if it was a water line in the wall or something else. We called Atlantis yesterday and John was here today. That is what we call exceptional service.

One of our showers decided not to turn off one evening. The water wouldn't stop running no matter how hard I turned the lever. The next morning I called Atlantis. I spoke to a very friendly lady who took my information. I was worried no one could come same day, but immediately she said a technician could come between 1:00 to 3:00. John called at 12:20 saying he was on the way. He diagnosed the issue quickly, and finished the repair within 90 minutes. I'll use them again.

These guys are great. I had a stopped up kitchen sink and they were out here the next morning. They had their work cut out for them with my issue. Happy to give 5 stars to Atlantis Plumbing. Chris came out as scheduled and took care of the problem at hand in record time. He was clearly knowledgable and knew how to fix the problem. This was just three days ago and I have had no recurring problems since he replaced the Pressure Release Valve on the water heater. Great attitude and with the confidence that comes with knowledge and skill in his area of expertise. I would not hesitate to use this company again and would request that Chris take care of any future plumbing problems that may occur. Very unusual to find a good plumber just by doing searches on the internet and on Yelp, but am grateful for Yelp for offering this service to consumers so that they can read reviews and form an opinion of vendors that they might like to employ. For me, at least this time, it was a great gift that landed me a quality vendor and a good technician!
