These guys are great. I had a stopped up kitchen sink and they were out here the next morning. They had their work cut out for them with my issue. Ended up having to go through the roof air vent to clear. They were persistent and got the job done. Cleaned up and very professional guys. Big shout out to John Massey and Ryan. Can't thank you guys for getting the job done. You guys ROCK!

Installed a gas water heater. Quick and courteous. Thanks John Massey. I have used Atlantis before and would use them again.

I called Atlantis Plumbing to help identify the source of a leak. Bryan arrived a couple of hours later and was able to identify the source of the leak almost immediately. Very friendly and professional and love the fact that they got someone out to my home so quickly. Will definitely use them again for future plumbing needs.

Atlantis had been recommended to us by a friend who had used their services. Scheduling the quote and service were very easy, at times that were convenient for us. Jackie & Barry showed up on time, did a great job, and our new water heater is working great!

We have used Atlantis multiple times and have always been totally satisfied with the service. They are courteous and knowledgeable and have resolved our problems completely. Tim came on a Saturday, 4th of July holiday weekend. They are top-notch!

Came by within 2 hours of me calling. Price was reasonable, work was quick. Fixed a main water level leak.

Happy to give 5 stars to Atlantis Plumbing. Chris came out as scheduled and took care of the problem at hand in record time. He was clearly knowledgable and knew how to fix the problem. This was just three days ago and I have had no recurring problems since he replaced the Pressure Release Valve on the water heater. Great attitude and with the confidence that comes with knowledge and skill in his area of expertise. I would not hesitate to use this company again and would request that Chris take care of any future plumbing problems that may occur. Very unusual to find a good plumber just by doing searches on the internet and on Yelp, but am grateful for Yelp for offering this service to consumers so that they can read reviews and form an opinion of vendors that they might like to employ. For me, at least this time, it was a great gift that landed me a quality vendor and a good technician!

I am a single, female homeowner and I discovered a water leak under my house and suspected the water heater. I called Atlantis and they came out as discussed. The work was good and I have hot water and no leaks, but here is the problem. We discussed the cost for a new water heater installation. He said it would be about $2000. He gave me 3 options. First, to fix the pressure valve which is causing the problems but not recommended, second, to purchase the water heater and materials at home depot (which he would not recommend because the equipment there is overpriced and cheaply made) and pay the labor or third, pay all in cash with a 10% discount and he said the water heater comes from a plumbing supply warehouse which I would have a warranty on labor and materials. Of course, I chose the third option and planned on paying $1800. Now, after the work is done which was good work, I see the invoice and the cost is $2150 with a 10% discount. The cost is $1935. So, really I got a 3.3% discount from a $2000 cost. I would have rather not received a discount at all and just have a solid honest price. And by the way, there was not breakdown of cost on the invoice, just a total. Thinking back to the conversation yesterday, I think I was swayed to pay in cash because I could have easily paid by check or credit card. They have in-full cash payment and I have a working water heater with a 3.3% discount. I guess that is fair......

I'm a little frustrated. I explained what I needed when I called in- which was a leak in the basement detected and sealed. I scheduled an time for them to come out and check it out and give me an estimate. Tim came and was very kind but explained that it wasn't something that the company did. He contacted his boss and gave me his number to refer me to a company that could do a service like I needed. I called the number as soon as Tim left. The man sounded frustrated and said he'd call me back as soon as possible. No call back. :/

If you hire these people and you need the job done, you better not ask any questions about the bill. Tim and son showed up and told us that it would cost $365.00 to change a copper pipe out. When I asked why so much , they left my mother with no water ; Just left. Don't Do It
