I was having a lot of kitchen upgrades and needed to have new garbage disposal, water filter, and faucet installed. I also needed our pressure reducing valve replaced. I wanted to arrange to have the work done as soon as our countertops/sink were installed as living without a sink is rather difficult. Other companies would not give quotes, just suggested that I have them come by when I wanted the work done. If their quote was out of line, I only have to pay $35-45. What a deal! I finally found Atlantis. They had someone out the day before to give me a quote which was acceptable. David King showed up on time, both for the quote and the work. He was professional and got the work done in a timely manner and cleaned up behind himself. I now have a plumber for any future needs! Thanks!

The first thing I look for when dealing with any repairman is price. This company dealt with me fairly and did not quote me one price and then jack it up. You know how it is when you think one thing is wrong and then the repairman tells you that's it's another thing or more than one thing and you get stuck with a huge bill and feel gouged. Well this was the best experience I have ever had with a plumber or any repairman for that matter. It's tough sometimes being a woman dealing with tradesmen because they see your vulnerability and ignorance and take advantage of it. Not so with this particular plumber, Mitchell. He addressed the problem, diagnosed it properly, and worked with me until it was fixed completely. I had a leak that was born of a clog that needed to be snaked from the sink level and from the roof. He suggested that I not put any greens in the disposal and to make sure all pots and pans were wiped with paper towels to remove excess grease that would build up over time and clog my pipes again. It was an educational experience with very pleasant customer service. I'm the type of customer that wants a fair price combined with a feel good experience. Bottom line, I'm a fiercely loyal customer and a walking talking billboard once I am taken care of fairly and in this case feel like I was respected and my business appreciated. I told Mitchell I was going to write a review for him and his company because of how good they took care of me. I highly recommend Mitchell and his company. You can't go wrong calling this plumbing service.

Had a pipe blow in my front yard, and I called Dekalb Water, they took 4 hours to come out only to tell me it was a private issue. I first Superior Plumbing who I had used before could not help me until Thursday (it was tuesday and I told them water was spewing out of my yard) So I googled emergency plumbers and found Atlantis Plumbing. Had an active leak from my kitchen faucet under the sink and came home to a wet kitchen floor. Atlantis's owner picked up the phone (not dispatch service or an answering customer service team) and sent Lee to my home within an hour! These plumbers wore booties into my home and were gentlemen that stopped the leak! The next day they worked with my home warranty to get a authorization for coverage and installed my new (not leaky) faucet!. They even gave me a discount when we realized the home warranty wouldn't cover 100% of the bill!
