Totally gone downhill. Used for years and will NEVER use again. Had two commodes replaced and not only did they crack all the tile in the water closet, they left an absolute mess in both bathrooms. Called and spoke with manager who said he would call me back. Of course that never happened. Too many other """"reputable"""" companies out there that stand behind their work.

We had a main line water leak in the yard. We called Atlantis Plumbling yesterday 4/14 and they came out today. Bryan called before he arrived. And he arrived promptly. He told us what was wrong and fixed the problem immediately. Great service and the work was done. We would definitely call them back again to fix whatever is needed.

Atlantis Plumbing had Roby and his son come out to my townhome in Brookhaven over the weekend to fix a cracked exterior pipe. They did an excellent job and were very pleasant to deal with. I highly recommend Atlantis to anyone looking for a honest and reliable plumbing company.

I have used this company for many years as our go to plumbing company. The have unclogged our kids bathroom toilet, fixed a small plumbing issue in our bathroom and now recently they have fixed a major plumbing issue and gotten our plumbing inspection ready for us to sell our house. Tim Johnson and Josh Johnson were very knowledgeable and helpful. They took the time to educate me about plumbing and what they needed to do. They gave suggestions on ways to save money. They were speedy with their work and cleaned up afterward. They are highly recommended by me.

Butch was a breath of fresh air. I hired another company to replace a sewer drain for $5500 and a 2 day timeframe. After the first day and a 10ft hole in my back yard, they told me the job could take 2 weeks and the price could triple. Luckily, I called Atlantis and Butch was out there same day and said he could get the job done for the original quote of the first company in 1.5 days. He was finished in 1 day. Butch was honest and professional during a time when I was in a very vulnerable position (a giant hole in the backyard with sewage draining into it is a bit of an emergency situation!). Thank you Butch. I would recommend this company to anyone.

These guys came out on short notice, were three times less than the next quote and fixed a leak at the mainline well past 5:00 o'clock on a Friday. I would use them again and recommend them to all. Ask for James M., he's great!

Good reviews all around. Several years ago, I needed weekend work on a sewer line. They did the job quickly and for a fair price. Yesterday (8/21/16), I was having trouble installing a sink faucet. They could have come out on a Sunday evening, but John and Tim were very helpful. Tim did not come out to fix the problem, but walked me through the process successfully. No cost to me. This was above and beyond, IMO.

Professional and courteous company, but definitely not the cheapest. I had rats chew 3 wires on my hot water heater. Young, polite guy came out on time, quoted me 1300 for a new heater, I asked couldn't he fix the wires and he said no and he said they don't make the parts anymore to fix my 2009 water heater. After calling many more plumbers I found a few who could fix the burner assembly where the wires were attached for around 450 and finally found a plumber who fixed the problem on the spot for less than 200! If you're a plumber I think you should have the ability to fix water heaters and not just sell me a new one, I'm sure it has several years life left to it. If you're worried about liability issues when working with wires, have me a sign a waiver, but I think people should be given affordable, repair options.

Although I was very grateful these guys came out quickly in the morning to fix a clogged toilet line I had spent hours trying to unclog myself, I now regret not calling around. Yes, they were available in the morning, yes they showed up when they said they would, yes they fixed the issue and informed us what the cause likely was... BUT, the mess and condition of which they left the toilet room was completely unacceptable and not what I would have expected from a more """"reputable"""" company. Despite the fact that I many, many rags out all over the floors to try to keep my floors from getting water and bacterial all over the place, when they removed the primary toilet to insert the camera they simply picked it up and put it directly on the tile floors! Oh yes they did, feces and putty all over my tiles, baseboards, walls and even on the door jam! I was having to work in my office while they were working so I didn't see the horrible mess until after they left (hubby was supposed to be in charge of keeping an eye on them). We had to go out and get """"goo-off"""" to try and remove the putty and dried on feces first with a hard brush, and it then took me over 2 hours to sanitize the floors, baseboards and walls. I've never been so pissed! I called the main office afterwards and complained... they apologized and agreed that was unacceptable and took a whopping $25 off my $325 bill. Furthermore, when he did explain to my husband what the cause likely was, he originally wanted to charge us another $225 to do a 15 minute pipe repair that only cost us $41.00 in parts from Home Depot. What a rip off!

I had Butch and Jerry at my house to replace the sewer line from a rusted out cast iron to 4"""" PVC. They were quick, professional and extremely courteous. They took care of the plumbing and actually came in under their estimate by $100! Grateful to have these guys out and take care of my sewer line. Wonderful service and would definitely recommend!
