Atlantis Plumbing team did a great job fixing a leaky waterline another company had been working on for the past three years. It's been a couple of months and so far no leaks. The company installed a completed water line from the meter to the water tank. The team kept us informed as the work was done. Making sure the cut-off valve was accessible. The cleanup was done to my satisfaction inside and out. After spending $7.99 (monthly) for the past 10 years with a Homeserve (contracted Mcatee) and never having the problem resolved, the price was very fair. To have peace of mind that the line is leak-free, I am finally NOT checking the yard for standing water.

Atlantis plumbing are liars, do not have integrity, do not care about their customers, and their Customer Service stands behind the bad behavior of their technicians. I could go and on. I had a full review typed up on their review section in their website after the horrible despicable experience they put us through, but mysteriously it wouldn't go through. Do NOT use this company! I don't write many reviews, I only did this because customers need to be warned of companies like this.

Just recently had a burst pipe over Christmas. Atlantis plumbing was the only plumber that I could get into touch with. The company immediately scheduled me. The guys were professional. They fixed the burst pipe. I wasn't price gauged. I thought I had to pay more than was charged. I would use in the future.

Dirty dealing, and unprofessional service. These folks seemed good at first but they were caught red handed trying to charge me for a repair and service that was not needed. They had no idea I use to be in the plumbing business for years before I got into real estate. And when they were caught they just said it was a simple mistake. So I fired them like I do any other """"simple mistake"""" vendors that lie to me on my flips. Just appalling.

Whatever you do run from this company. I had a leak and they told me to fix the leak I need to pay $2,150 to install a new water line. After the installation my ceiling started flooding. My floor was filled with water and my sofa soaked. They told me it was a different issue. Now these people send out 3 different professional and all 3 of them gave a different analysis. The owner claimed the leak is not because of them but he is fixing it for FREE but I will need to install a new water heater for $1,650 because the same thing is going to happen. FREE!!!!! These people are mere crooks and fail to accept when they mess up. Keep them out of your house. Now I never had any big issue than a small water leak and this company turned my entire house upside down with the new installation. I did not want to use another company for the heater installation because if anything goes wrong again they are going to claim it is not their fault. When I asked about the sofa that is soaked he stated they would not do anything but can recommend someone for me to pay to have it dried. Also, I have a video of one of the workers taking pictures/video of my doorknob twice and once he came inside and was heading outside the alarm started chirping. The monitoring company told me someone was tampering with the front door alarm. BE WARNED of this company. They are possibly just employing anyone that they can pay for cheap labor. The reviews will definitely throw you off. I think most of these are probably paid to get these good reviews. Technician finished then walked away not answering questions that I asked. The bottle he drank from he left it on my table and the house was still smelly with gas. I had to call 911 who then called Atlanta gas company

I'm not one to write reviews but in this case I feel compelled. I hired Atlantis to repair a minor leak in a faucet. They came out, inspected and quoted a reasonable amount which I agreed. It needed a part which they ordered and came back and installed. Still leaking! They sent another plumber and he said wrong part was ordered. They ordered part again, missed three appointments to instal. Finally came out and installed part. Still leaking! Chris the manager came out and I was notified everything was completed and working. Next day, still leaking. Called Chris and asked for a refund which they never credited. I would advise to find another plumber, very frustrating and poor customer service.

We had a galvanized steel water supply line replaced and could not be happier. Our quote was done by Robert who was very friendly and insightful. Cody and Justin then did the work and they were also very friendly and treated our property as if it was there own. I was worried about ruining our front lawn and landscaping and they minimized the impact as much as possible. They even raked the landscaping bark to either side of the trench path so that it could be easily put back once the trench dirt settles. The trench width was also much smaller than I thought it would be. They were very clean-cut about it which minimized how much grass will need to replaced. Pricing, service and result were all great. Robert Camp and Demarcus were professional, friendly, knowledgeable and very reasonable. They fixed out leak and water pressure for a fair price and were very kind. I highly recommend.
