So get a leak from my water heater but not an easy one to investigate. Called Atlantis because I used them several years ago at my other home and was very pleased with them. John showed up for the service call and let me tell you, as professional and down to earth as they come. He did an awesome job, was prompt, worked around my schedule and was able to fix the problem. I really thought I had to replace the whole water heater but instead, it was just the expansion tank, which was installed incorrectly from the builder!! Anyway, we are back up and running, and no issues so far. I would highly recommend Atlantis plumbing as they really are a solid company to work with. As far as pricing is concerned, they were right there with the rest of the plumbing companies, in fact, I think they were less expensive. They also offered a veteran discount for me, which was really great. Thank you again!!

I would like to give a shout out to Robert Camper at Atlantis Plumbing. He was honest and professional. He took pictures of everything before and after to show me. He also explained everything in detail of what was wrong and what needed to be fixed. I will definitely be requesting him in the future if I ever need any work done.

I am very happy I called Atlantis. They were able to help me locate and read my water meter and determine that my high water bill was due to a running toliet. John Massey, the service plumber who rebuilt my toliet and also replaced my garbage disposal was timely, efficient, and very informative. We had Robert Camp come out and give us an estimate on Monday. Estimate was good - we signed it and he was scheduled to come back on Wednesday to do the job. Then on Tuesday, someone named Chris from Atlantis showed up and said the estimate would be 2.5 times higher than what was written by Camp. I called Atlantis and they said they didn't know why Chris came out and Robert was scheduled to be out on Wednesday. It is Wednesday and Mr. Camp is not here and the receptionist told me that """"he is where he's supposed to be"""" and wouldn't explain it. Absolutely awful.

We had a main line water leak in the yard. We called Atlantis Plumbling yesterday 4/14 and they came out today. Bryan called before he arrived. And he arrived promptly. He told us what was wrong and fixed the problem immediately. Great service and the work was done. We would definitely call them back again to fix whatever is needed.

Atlantis Plumbing team did a great job fixing a leaky waterline another company had been working on for the past three years. It's been a couple of months and so far no leaks. The company installed a completed water line from the meter to the water tank. The team kept us informed as the work was done. Making sure the cut-off valve was accessible. The cleanup was done to my satisfaction inside and out. After spending $7.99 (monthly) for the past 10 years with a Homeserve (contracted Mcatee) and never having the problem resolved, the price was very fair. To have peace of mind that the line is leak-free, I am finally NOT checking the yard for standing water.

Atlantis Plumbing are the best - so glad to have found them. I wish I could give them 6 stars! Their scheduling personnel are professional and efficient. Their technicians are personable, very knowledgeable, and careful to clean up after service. We have used them twice this month, once for a clogged kitchen drain (Blake) and then for a burst pipe in the ceiling (Cody). Then we called them to check if our tankless water heater was leaking on a Sunday because of puddle in garage (by this time we were paranoid) and the tech asked when we had it serviced last. We had never had it serviced because the plumbers that installed it never told us that it needed annual service! So now they are coming back this week to service it and set us up for annual service visits--and they did not even charge for the trip on Sunday. They are honest and reliable and explain how they are fixing your problem and what caused it. Their prices are very reasonable compared to what some of the other companies have charged us and only provided shoddy work which we had to have re-done in some cases.

I had an issue with a sump pump connected to my washer in the basement. I called Atlantis and they sent a tech out who spent half the day replacing the pump and trying to figure out why my drain line was still not draining. After most of the day the first tech left Atlantis send a second crew (Jackie and Barry)to my house at 5pm and they finally got it squared away. And they did it at no additional charge. I had a tough problem to solve and Atlantis went above and beyond especially sending the second crew out the same day to get me going. I would 100% recommend them for any plumbing needs.

Had water line leak between meter and house, called Atlantis Plumbing and they had a company plumber from the Dallas office out to my home in about 1 hour, yes one hour! He isolated the leak within minutes and had it repaired and functioning within 2.5 hours. This plumber had his act together. Since I was in a hurry, I did some of the digging to speed things up and for this he gave me a small discount on the bill, without me even asking. The plumber was 100 % professional and his technical skills outstanding. I highly recommend Atlantis Plumbing based on this service call. I give them 5 stars. I know I show up as being from Pittsboro, NC. however, I also have a home in Villa Rica, GA., which is where the plumbing repairs were done.
