Unacceptable customer service and quality of installation. I replaced polybutylene pipes in 2018. Almost exactly 2yrs on the dot, I got a leak in one of the bathrooms which soaked through the ceiling and destroyed a wooden coffee table. Attempted to call and left multiple voicemails along with a copy of the contract.

Don't deal with this company! Very upset with the experience of changing water pipes in my house. The worse construction experience.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! They will quote a good price but you will lose in the long run-it's worth spending more by hiring a competent plumber. Radek Koci is the owner and clearly has no shame when his employees do terrible work. If you confront him about the work his employees do he will insult you-it's unbelievable. An unsealed pipe partially flooded my basement just after they installed the new plumbing. They left clumps of sealant and drywall dust all over the house. The patched walls were so off-level when they finished that pictures couldn't be properly hung and were visibly warped. They took several days longer than estimated, yet they left shortly after lunch each workday. The new pipes make constant sounds (even when not using water) that sound like leaks. I called owner Radek Koci and he only sent a plumber to properly secure the noisy pipes after I threatened legal action. Less than a year after the job the pipes in my basement began leaking and I have not received a call back from Atlantic Plumbing. I fully expect the owner to shirk responsibility. This company should not be allowed to operate.

We had a great experience with Atlantic Replumbing. We had old poly piping that had sprung several leaks over the years. Got several quotes and went with Atlantic Replumbing. We were only without water for about 7 hours. The holes were patched and repainted a few days later after the inspector came and had a chance to see the work. If you clean out under all of the sinks, they won't have to move your stuff as others are complaining about. Understand that you will have holes in walls in ceilings. They can't be patched immediately because of the inspection requirements. This is unavoidable. Surfaces were covered and rooms were tented to prevent dust from leaving the areas. Holes were patched, paint colors were matched and our home is back to normal without the worries of having leaks in the old pipes.

AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!
Pay attention to the other one star reviews. This company and its manager RADEK are so incompetent and unprofessional I don't know how Loudoun County allows them to operate. These guys came to run new pipes at my property and left several holes in the wall! Who does that?! Upon informing them about this issue Radek came by the property for the first time and was extremely rude and still hasn't apologized. He then scheduled a date to come rectify these issues and DID NOT SHOW UP!!!!! Save your self the time and money and find another company.

Original work process was fast and easy. However, the work is not done well. A couple months after the full house pipe replacement a pipe started leaking in our basement. My contractor said it as from the pipe replacement, as the fittings on the pipe were new and not even in existence at the time the house was built. Atlantic tried to say that was old pipe (either way shouldn't have been in there at all, since they were supposed to do a full replacement). After many calls and emails, they finally come out to look at it. Agree to fix it and re-do the drywall. However, the pipe leaked all over my floor ruining it. They said they'd put new floor down if I provided it. They realized they didn't want to when they showed up and paid my contractor to do it.
Fast forward one year later and another pipe has leaked in a different area of the house, they refuse to fix it and state the warranty is only one year. When the website lists the warranty as follows...: We offer a 25-year warranty for CPVC plumbing for the workmanship and material and 5 year warranty for drywall repairs included in the cost of the contract. The Warranty cost is included in the cost of the re-pumb.

I purchased a condo that had polybutyelen pipes. My home inspector told me I would need to replace these pipes sooner rather than later. I called around and got outrageous estimates for my tiny 2 bath condo. I was googling pipe replacements and found Atlantic Re-Plumbing. I spoke with the owner, Radek, who was very nice and professional on the phone. His estimate was right around where my home inspector told me I would probably be paying, so I hired Radek's company. The pipe replacement workers showed up exactly on time on the day they were supposed to. They covered my entire living space with plastic to minimize their mess. They were very kind and professional workers as well. They finished the job by the afternoon. Next up the contractor showed up. Poor guy came right on time, but the WSSC inspector was late. WSSC had just changed their laws at the time of my re-pipe and an expansion tank and a 1024 had to be installed on my water heater. Basically, this meant I ""failed"" the inspection, but the contractor could start patching the holes in my walls and ceiling. I called Radek and he was SUPER accommodating. He sent the pipe guys back the next day when they finished up another job, they attached the 1024 and expansion tank, free of charge to me, and were on their way. The next day WSSC came back out and passed the job! It was about a 3-4 day process with the re-pipe, inspection, and drywall patching. The contractor also laid down tarps and plastic to help minimize the mess. He did a fabulous job patching and painting. Also, because I did this re-pipe, the guys found a leak in my master bathroom which we never would have found and could have caused some major damage. I would highly recommend this company as I feel they did a great job with the re-pipe and cleaning up after themselves.

Had my whole house replumbed to replace polybutylene pipes. Everything was done on the schedule they gave me ( about 5 days) and the work was excellent. In most places, even I cant see where the work was done and I know where it was done! In a few places, I can see the result but it is so minor, no one else would notice. Paint was matched exactly. Sure, its messy and inconvenient while the work is underway but no more than a realistic person should expect. The clean up was well don't too. I highly recommend them. And Rodek, who some other reviewers did not have a good experience with, was excellent and professional.

I'm so glad I chose Atlantic Replumbing to get my polybutylene pipes replaced. They did a great job, I can't even tell where they took out drywall, and for much less than other plumbing services quoted! Would definitely use them again for any replumbing needs (but glad we wont have to!)

I had nothing but a great experience with Atlantic Replumbing. I called several companies about getting my old polybutelene pipes changed in the entire house. They were the best priced overall, and they covered everything. Changing all the pipes to patching the wall and even painting it for you. I called on a Wednesday afternoon and they were able to schedule me the very next day (since there was an opening in their schedule). The first day, the 3 guys went through the house, and was able to change all my pipes within the day itself. They showed up at 8am, and finished by 4pm, cleaned up and left by 5pm. We were able to use everything afterwards. The next day, we had to wait for the inspector to show up, before the next team could patch and paint. They were unable to finish all the patching and painting on Friday, but came the next day, on a Saturday, to finish the basement. Overall, I had a great experience and would recommend them to anyone that needs to have their plumbing replaced.
