The plumber charged $85 an hour. That is okay, but not when you leave for close to 2 hours and come back when your costumers are paying for it. The plumber was very shady and did not even put the washing machine back in its place. I found out why after he left. It will not fit because the experienced plumber put the pipes 2 inches out too far from the wall. I had to rip it all out and redo everything the 34 year plumber did because he did did not do it correctly. Stay AWAY from this company!!

Honest, fast, friendly and prompt. Same day service. We will use them again. They could have recommended to replace both toilets but they solved our backups using snakes etc.

WARNING DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! THEY DON'T SHOW UP! I made my appointment for a gas line pressure test. The first available was 10 days out. The day of the appointment I waited and no one showed up. I called and they said sorry we thought we contacted you. They rescheduled me for seven days later. They called me 15 minutes before they were suppose to be here and said they wouldn't be able to honor the appointment. They just had one excuse after the next. They promised me that they would show up at the next appointment, which she scheduled for a week out. That was today. Guess what they didn't show again! I can't believe this company. It is unorganized and unprofessional. I called and she was not sorry just made one excuse after the next. Luck for me I had made a back up appointment with Aqua Mechanical. Not only did they come it was $10 cheaper. I highly recommend Aqua Mechanical! They really saved the day! 410-749-5155
