When they say they warranty their work - they are absolutely right! Professional in every respect! They honor their work and word, which are not a given. I am the son & grandson of plumbers, and just could not be more pleased with every response with Atlantic over the years. They are our ""go-to"" when something comes up! (Kudos to Joe, who did the work today. Through in every category. Hang onto him!)

I messaged Atlantic plumbing let Sunday night about a possible water leak from our 2nd story laundry room and they replied back within 10 minutes to confirm it wasn't an emergency. The only issue I ran into is they transcribed my phone number down wrong from the night before so after an hour of not hearing from them in the morning I called and they apologized for the confusion and said they would have someone that day. Dave and Jordon arrived around 4 pm. They quickly assessed the water damage checked the attic to verify it wasn't the upstairs furnace drain. After 2 quick cuts in the drywall the leaking pipe was located. Overall the repairs were completed in about 2 hours. Dave and and Jordan were extremely professional and I would highly recommend this company again for any plumbing or HVAC needs. Bonus, the repairs were very reasonable and military discount was provided.

I'm glad I decided to go with Atlantic! I called, asked for a quote and because the price was right I scheduled an appt! Although they had to reschedule my appt to the following day and they arrived 2 hrs later than promised, I couldn't be happier with the work they did.

Joe and Junior reset my toilet and figured out the source of the leak coming from my tub spout. They also did us a solid and re-installed the circular plate for our shower handle! I was hovering and asking a lot of questions that they didn't mind answering and walked me through what they did to fix the problem! I also love that this company doesn't charge by the hr but by the job asked of them.

I live out of state but was dealing with a house that was in Hampton. Unfortunately My schedule was not very flexible but they were able to work with me multiple times. I had a bad A/C unit, and bad plumbing. I had to call Atlantic multiple times and every time they were friendly, informative and extremely flexible. This is the company to work with when it comes to A/C or plumbing work. They even sent me a gift card in the mail, how cool is that!

After a bad deal with a scam of a contractor, I called Atlantic. They scheduled an appointment for the next day and everyone was professional and extremely helpful. I told Atlantic what the contractor had done and said, and both Tom and Loic said the contractor really didn't know what he was doing. But they did and got my washing machine running reliably. 20 loads of laundry later and the pipe is still draining! If I had one complaint about Atlantic it would be that they sent me a $25 new homeowner's gift card in the mail and I got it right after they visited! Too bad not before, but frankly, I'll be calling them for all my plumbing needs from now on so the gift card will be used. Excellent job.

This company is awesome! After dealing with another company and my water heater issue not getting fixed, I went to google. Atlantic popped up, I read the reviews and thought to give them a try. I am not disappointed and so glad I looked for a different company from the original. Not only was the price half of what I was previously quoted, they provided all the information and answered all our questions. As well as diagnosed an issue that we didn't even realize and is going to save our water bill in the future. I highly recommend Loic and Nick; both very knowledgeable and professional. Thanks!!!!

I live in MD but needed to find the source of a leak coming from the 2nd floor on my rental property in Hampton. Tom Hartman promptly contacted me with a solution and scheduled a time to fix the issue with my tenant. Reasonable price and military discount was a plus! Workers came in and out less than 1 hour and charged a very steep price ($400) for a job that had no complications. Just my opinion.

These guys are great! Renting a home and had to have the faucet replaced then the next day a pipe burst in the wall to the hose bib line. Loic fixed both repairs on separate days and was finished in no time even with the snow and icy roads they were here fast. Really knowledgeable and very friendly. Highly recommend!
