Before I moved to Atlanta, I had 20 years of plumbing experience. During that time, I worked for several excellent companies out of state. These experiences led me to create my own plumbing business in Atlanta in 1997. I did not want to be just another plumbing company. Rather, I wanted to cultivate a team that provides exceptional service to each client. You might be unfamiliar when we show up, but you will feel like a friend when we depart.
The technician hails from Houston, Texas. With both his father and grandfather in the plumbing trade, Britt was motivated to pursue this career early on. During high school, Britt started stocking trucks, and after graduation, he worked full-time as a plumber's helper for four years. In April 1997, Britt moved to Atlanta and founded his own business - Atlanta Star Plumbing. His biggest milestone to date is achieving his master plumbing certification. Outside of work, Britt loves engaging in outdoor activities like fishing, hiking, and hunting.

Expansion tank on my water heater rusted out and blew like a geyser. I called Atlanta Star Plumbing and within 30 minutes, Britt was at my house saving the day. He is kind, professional, and skilled. He advised what needs to be replaced relatively soon but is ok for now, and fixed what was necessary. Quickly! Zero upsell pressure. He built so much trust during this first impression. I will for sure be calling on him soon to do the rest. Thank you to Maria too! When I called, she asked how she could make me smile today. They knocked it outta the park. I am smiling!

Shuan has been nothing but amazing since we moved into our home two weeks ago. Our seller cut some corners on some plumbing in our home and we've had two other issues arise where we've been replied to immediately and had Shuan out that same day. Everything has been fixed quickly and efficiently and the source of every issues has been found. So grateful for this company and look forward to continuing to use them for years to come.

Excellent service from appointment making to completion of work. Adrian, Leon and Shaun were friendly, knowledgeable, practice great Covid precautions and did quality work. Showed up on time, checked their work and cleaned up before leaving.

Britt and his team are great plumbers and I have used them for several jobs. Recently though their pricing seems to be getting out of whack. I had them come out for a slow drain issue and their tech spent roughly 40 minutes total on the job and charged me $400. There were no parts involved. $300 was charged to run an auger which is a glorified snake for a total of 4 minutes and a $99 dollar service charge. Seems very unreasonable.

Britt was great! He communicated well regarding my appointment, easily repaired the faucet and answered all of my questions. Britt is thorough and professional. Highly recommend calling them when you need a plumber!

Very disappointing experience with Atlanta Star Plumbing. In short, a new garbage disposal and EXACTLY 75 minutes of plumbing work ended up costing me $902. Their price model is """"fixed price"""" by the job, they refer to a book and the book spits out a price based on worst possible scenarios. $558 for a new 1/2 HP Badger disposal and $325 to """"reconfigure"""" the plumbing (which was really just shortening two or three pipes) and a $69 Service Charge. There weren't even any additional parts required, just shortened a few pipes. I would highly recommend looking elsewhere for a plumber, this was a $500 job tops.

Contacted Atlanta Star Plumbing to replace my broken garbage disposal; and I would highly recommend Britt and his team, service was fast, friendly, and ON TIME. If your in the Metro area I'd highly recommend the team at Atlanta Star Plumbing... Great to have a company in the area that understands Customer Service and the importance of continuing training; as during my service there was a apprentice learning high skill sets in a trade while delivering superior customer service...

Paid $69.00 to find out NOTHING about my plumbing problem....Britt looked under my counter and then told me it would cost $141 to pull my dishwasher away from the wall and then would cost me additional money to find the leak....that didn't even cover the cost of repairs. I know they've been in business a long time, but I was VERY VERY VERY disappointed. Will not call them again.

Returned my call promptly to schedule for estimate for Re-pipe of a house, BUT the charge would be $69.00 !!!! Most local company that are competing for such a big project do not even charge to come out, and even if the few do charge it is not more than $39.00 This is a pick season for plumber, so I suggest to all homeowner not to rush in hiring plumber before you find a company who wants your business for long term with reasonable price.

Ok -Went in for an Interview with these Folks the other day.First of all it was Spring Street or as listed on here as New McEver Rd?I Interviewed at The unmentioned one on Spring street in Marietta. They were listed as under CertiTemp INC.This was Very Misleading and it was never mentioned in the interview process. What was mentioned was the driving motive of the business which was the """"UP SALE""""! and commissions were set as part of the technicians wages, thus an incentive to push them ,as an Enzyme trivial additive! I asked a question regarding the installation of the immediate/tankless hot water heaters,Whether an associated Electrical company or NEC qualified affiliate inspected or oversaw the installation?I was met with """"No you do all that"""",as a Plumbing technician.........This is not standard practice and is both risky and dangerous for the property owner if electrical connections/taps or dedicated circuits are introduced by NON QUALIFIED PERSONNEL PERIOD! A Plumber is NOT an Electrician! your insurance carrier will agree!BEWARE of these guys! And btw their BBB rating was thrown around as a trophy which actually is not a true nor real exhibition of the business practices of the company that paid for the rating.I wouldn't trust these folks to change out a garden hose!
