I had a major root blockage problem in my sewer and first called out one of the national chains. They attempted to clean it out, but the roots were too thick. After some misleading information and some out of the ballpark pricing schedule that made no sense, I decided to obtain another opinion. Donny came highly recommended by another respected plumber who does interior plumbing work in our neighborhood. I called Donny on a Monday afternoon, he was at my house Tues. morning. He provided the best case and worst case pricing, which he explained in detail. We made a deal on the spot and he was back with his team on Wed. morning, completing what turned out to be a major job, by Wed. afternoon. I can't tell you how great this company is. I had a sewage emergency and donny was there immediately to help out. He was fast, courteous and most of all he charged me a third of what Roto-rooter was quoting. My only regret with this company is that I didn't call them first. Trust me if you need any plumber in the Metro Atlanta area this is the company to call.
