This company is a complete ripoff. I called them to fix my Navien boiler in my building. When I called he said it was $250.00 to show up and diagnose the problem. He took all of 10 minutes to diagnose the boiler, didn't even take the cover off the boiler. He then tells me the boiler is reading multiple error codes and it wasn't installed properly, so he recommended it be replaced for $8500.00. I told him forget it. So that evening he emailed me a bill for $350.00 plus tax, I responded and said you told me it was $250.00 to show up and diagnose the problem. He then emailed me another bill for the $250.00. After all that I called another company they come down and tell me it's a transformer. A simple fix. He charged me 175.00 to show up and diagnose the problem and then they subtract that from the final bill after the repair. Basically ATG Mechanical goes around and makes service calls without fixing anything and collects $250.00 . Do that 5-10 times a day you can make a good living for doing nothing. Do yourself a favor and do not call ATG Mechanical.

I hired this company at the last minute, and they charged a significant amount of money due to them arriving earlier than the start time for a plumbing val changed that took them 25 minutes do change. It started off that my business is located in a residential building so they were required to shut the water off to work in my place. I confirmed that the water was going to be turned off at 9:30 am. The crew arrived at 8:45 am. The super was running late and arrived at 10 am. Unfortunately, the super is new and didn't really know where the main water switch was located so it took a few more minutes to get the work started. Finally at 11:00 am the work was completed and asked how much the worker called the owner Andreas stepped Outside and I was hit with a huge bill of $650. I spoke go the owner and explained that It took my longer than anticipated because of the super and that he knew the water was going to be off at 9:30 am. Because his people came earlier and sat on their car for 45 minutes, I get hit with a bill to compensate for their time. I tried to reason with him that I am a small business owner, still didn't open up yet and never would I have expected an amount like this for a 25 minute job. I am a homeowner and had hired several Plummer's for bigger jobs and never have paid anywhere near $650.00. Overall, the work was done right but it's the principal of the lack of consideration and empathy on his behalf. I get it it's a business you're running and time is money. But because you weren't transparent you lost a new client and any referrals from me. Don't forget that a business is most successful thorough word of mouth and referrals.

Andreas and his team were very professional and very well mannered. Dealing with contractors like ATG were a pleasure to work with. We had a boiler installed and our entire plumbing upgraded in our home. The work was very neat, clean and he uses good quality American made products, which is a plus. Also, very reasonably priced so we will definitely be using them again on our other properties. Thank you again Adreas.

Scam! They did horrible job my house and the cost was extremely crazy. I got my navien boiler working perfect from the guy (blaka cool) around 2000, this atg axx hole charged my 4000 and come to my house twice but didn't even finish the job. Bad service, the boss was rude. They broke my wall so I took a hundred dollars off. Then the next day they told me they need to check up something but what they really do was to take off my boilers wires.

I actually read the negative reviews and discussed them with ATG directly before hiring them to install 2 tankless water heaters in my home. I had a very positive experience with ATG Mechanical and staff. I did receive several quotes from different contractors that were less expensive then ATG however I felt very confident with ATG and with their knowledge and experience. They were able to complete the installation for both units in one day. Their workmanship was excellent. There was no damage or any incidents to my property and their staff was friendly and considerate. Especially carrying an empty 50 gallon water tank down 3 flights of stairs. As always do your research, get as many quotes as possible and follow your gut.

I wish I had read the other reviews before contacting Andres. Worst possible experience. Took more than 2 weeks before technician came. Technician promised us to order parts and come back within a week. One week later, he didn't show up. Promised he'll come the next day....the next day...the next day...Dragging his feet for more than a month and then wouldn't even take phone calls.

No stars, but Yelp insists on a rating. Very unprofessional conduct. Mr. Goustas was never timely in response to phone calls he said he'd return on a certain day - never happened. He did perform very useful work for us once in the past, as quoted. However, after an assessment of work 5 months ago, he has been totally AWOL, not responding to emails or phone. We have moved on. Don't bother with this company,

i made an appointment with andres he never showed up or called finally i spoke to him and he promised to come the next day saturday 11/11/17 he never showed up and never called i wasted many hours expecting him to come he is totally unreliable and has nothing but contempt for customers mr andres father is wonderful and reliable the son has absolutely no concern whatsoever for customers george silberman

Had a boiler issue, came and looked at it, told me everything needed to replaced and quoted me a full replacement, he did a temporary fix,bypassed some sensors to get it working. I called another plumber, told him the issue over the phone and he instructed me to open a valve to let the air out. I reconnected the sensor he bypassed and everything worked fine which means there was no need to fix anything, all I had to do was bleed the air out of the system which took 30s and a twist of a valve.
I asked the new plumber about the additional issues raised by ATG and he stated that his comments were correct but it wouldn't affect the system to a point of failure and nothing needed to be replaced. I think they are knowledgeable but I wouldn't trust him again.
