I am in the middle of the options period on a house and I was told that that the water main and entire water supply lines needed to be replaced due to galvanized steel corrosion. $13,000 job. I wanted a second option. I was referred to Joe who told me over the phone that the job seemed unnecessary based off my description. For peace of mind, I requested that Joe come by for an in person evaluation. He rearranged his busy schedule to come the next morning. Sure thing, the job was unnecessary. I appreciate Joe's honesty and the the time he spent to walk me through the reasons why. I will definitely reach out to Joe in the future for my plumbing needs.

He is superb in every way. He is gracious. He communicates well. He is friendly. He is competent. He displays integrity. This Joe and Nic team will always be my go-to for any plumbing needs. Ive use them before when I needed a water softener for our new home in Pflugerville. They did such a good job that they ended up installing water softeners for my friends and family members.

This weekend, I noticed that my water heater was leaking. I called Joe and he told me he can send someone first thing Monday and take care of it for me. Thankfully it was still under warranty. Labor fee was pretty fair and competitive.

Atech got there as promised, Monday morning. Nick was our tech and he did a great work, clean job and was very friendly/professional.

Will definitely keep using them for our plumbing needs.

We were in need of a good plumber so I ask our neighbor if he had used anyone recently that he was pleased with and he recommended Joe Arce, owner of Atech Plumbing. I called him and told him what we were experiencing with our shower drain. He came out personally, diagnosed the problem, and drew a diagram to show me what was going on. The drain had been improperly plumbed during the building of our home which was causing problems. Joe ran a leak test for us to ensure the integrity of the P trap and mud bed. We were planning on re-tiling the shower so decided to get it all done together. Joe and our tile contractor coordinated the job and it turned out perfect! Now we have a shower with new tile and a properly plumbed drain! We will continue using Joe whenever we have a plumbing problem and highly recommend him and his company to everyone. He is very good at what he does and is very personable and takes the time to thoroughly diagnose the problem...all at a reasonable cost

This guy is the best. He helped me on a Sunday with a difficult problem, broke it down into layman's terms, and was very kind and honest. He went above and beyond to help and save me on a costly job. I think highly of his business and personal integrity and recommend him unconditionally.

I was referred to another plumber to fix a grinder pump issue, but he politely declined because grinder systems are kind of a specialty. He referred me to Joe Arce of Atech. Joe said he was well familiar with our type of system and worked on them frequently. He and his guys were taking a few days off around Christmas, but he promised to check his schedule and have someone out asap. Turned out they were slammed the first day back, but Joe called to promise service the next morning. Before we got up the next day, his guy, Jack, came out, diagnosed the problem, bought a couple of parts, and returned before 10am to complete the repair. Very professional, knowledgeable, and polite. Not cheap, but worth every penny. Highly recommended for any plumbing issue.

We needed our guest bathroom shower fixed and I did not have a plumber. The valves and faucet needed to be rebuilt which was a pretty big job. I read through yelp reviews and called Atech based on reviews and their location.
They sent a plumber out the same day. He did a fantastic job fixing the plumbing in our shower. He explained everything he needed to do ahead of time and kept me in the loop. I was very impressed that he did not have to break the tiles, something I had been concerned about. I think the price was very reasonable and the work was A+. I will use them again for plumbing repairs.
The shower works great again.
The whole family was really happy with the work. My elderly mom lives with us and remarked at how much easier it is for her to turn on the water now.

These guys are really good. Came out on a day's notice and removed, installed a grinder pump at our house. Very professional staff and it's a small team so they are about giving good, competitive quotes, completing the work in a very timely manner and then letting you know they are available for support when needed. Great guys and give them a shot with anything that has to do with plumbing, septic, pumps, etc.

Joe and his team were prompt, professional, and priced fairly. They added propane lines to our home and replaced our old tank style water heater, moving it up to the attic and freeing up a closet. They took pride in the quality of the work and immediately addressed any issues I raised. They did some other projects around the house and were kind enough to point out what I could do myself for significantly less cost than their hourly rates. Will definitely use again.
