I was referred to another plumber to fix a grinder pump issue, but he politely declined because grinder systems are kind of a specialty. He referred me to Joe Arce of Atech. Joe said he was well familiar with our type of system and worked on them frequently. He and his guys were taking a few days off around Christmas, but he promised to check his schedule and have someone out asap. Turned out they were slammed the first day back, but Joe called to promise service the next morning. Before we got up the next day, his guy, Jack, came out, diagnosed the problem, bought a couple of parts, and returned before 10am to complete the repair. Very professional, knowledgeable, and polite. Not cheap, but worth every penny. Highly recommended for any plumbing issue.

We needed our guest bathroom shower fixed and I did not have a plumber. The valves and faucet needed to be rebuilt which was a pretty big job. I read through yelp reviews and called Atech based on reviews and their location.
They sent a plumber out the same day. He did a fantastic job fixing the plumbing in our shower. He explained everything he needed to do ahead of time and kept me in the loop. I was very impressed that he did not have to break the tiles, something I had been concerned about. I think the price was very reasonable and the work was A+. I will use them again for plumbing repairs.
The shower works great again.
The whole family was really happy with the work. My elderly mom lives with us and remarked at how much easier it is for her to turn on the water now.

These guys are really good. Came out on a day's notice and removed, installed a grinder pump at our house. Very professional staff and it's a small team so they are about giving good, competitive quotes, completing the work in a very timely manner and then letting you know they are available for support when needed. Great guys and give them a shot with anything that has to do with plumbing, septic, pumps, etc.

Joe and his team were prompt, professional, and priced fairly. They added propane lines to our home and replaced our old tank style water heater, moving it up to the attic and freeing up a closet. They took pride in the quality of the work and immediately addressed any issues I raised. They did some other projects around the house and were kind enough to point out what I could do myself for significantly less cost than their hourly rates. Will definitely use again.

I am doing a bathroom remodel, and I'm learning as I go. I had grand ambitions to replace the tub all on my own without any help. Well shortly after patting myself on the back for how great of a plan that was, I realized that it was going to be much harder than I thought. Tubs don't have a standard drain location, and my drain was going to need to move a few inches. That meant breaking through the concrete slab, replacing the drain, and refilling with concrete. I decided this wasn't for me.

I called around and got the number to Atech plumbing, because they specialize in remodeling projects (I called other plumbers and they don't all do the demolition/remodel work like getting into the slab and refilling with concrete). Joe was quick to reach out to me after I left a message, and he scheduled to come by only a couple business days later for a quote. I thought the quote was fair, and he actually was able to do the work later that day. Perfect! He had his team come by and they knocked out the project in about 3 hours (can't remember the exact time - but that sounds about right). The old tub and walls around the tub were already removed, but they broke through to the drain, added a new drain, refilled it with concrete, replaced my shower piping, moved the shower head up to a better height, installed my new shower valve, and installed my new tub (with ledger board and everything).

By the time they were finished, the tub was essentially ready to go. Now it's on me to put the walls back up and tile so I can actually use the tub.

I would recommend them to anyone looking for plumbers, especially those who are doing similar remodel work.

All these 5-star reviews for ATech are real, I'm so happy!

My aunt insisted I get some plumbing issues in my house looked at even though I thought they were a lost cause. She found Joe Arce's info and set up the appointment and I met with him without high hopes on accomplishing anything. But he came all the way out to our house and was able to give me a lot of information about what our various problems were. I was really impressed by how knowledgeable he was and how good at explaining his reasoning for the assessments he made without cutting a single hole in our walls, as past plumbers have had to do. He was straightforward about the enormity and potential costs of fixing the issues, so it was kind of worst-case-scenario as I originally thought, but now that I've found Joe I'm starting to think that doing the large scale plumbing re-haul would be worth it because I'd be confident that it was done well. He seriously was able to diagnose several problems just listening to what I said and turning on a few taps, whereas past plumbers have billed thousands of dollars to go into the walls and halfway fix other issues and still only give us vague explanations of the underlying problems we have going on in our house.

When I decide to actually have him do the work, I'll come back here and update, but I'm just so impressed with just the initial meeting and interaction with him that I was prompted to write a review immediately.

Everybody knows it's hard to find a contractor you can trust. Well when it comes to plumbing, the search is over. Joe Arce is a top notch professional. He's friendly, highly knowledgable, and honest. I'd gladly work with him again.

Joe came out to my house because I have roots invading some pipes near a tub. The plan was originally to send a camera down the and have a look. After asking a few questions and inspecting the drain in the tub, Joe told me that there's no need to use the camera. He was sure the roots were the issue and that using the camera would be a waste of my time and money.

On top of that he took the time to explain to me what the situation was with the roots, where they likely were, and what my options were to treat the situation. He even drew my diagrams.

If you have plumbing needs, Atech is a great choice. Highly recommended.

Joe was a pleasure to speak to. I needed a plumber ASAP or so I thought. I spoke to Joe over the phone and he explained everything to me. It turned out I didn't need a plumber after-all but he was still willing to talk me through everything and even offered to continue to consult even though I didn't need to hire him. Very professional!! Next time I have a plumbing issue I know who to call.
