I called them and Jim came out. So when he was putting in my faucet he asked me if it was a Moen. The 18x24 box had Delta on the top. He wasn't sure how to put it together and my wife asked if he read the instructions since things change. Nope, didn't need those. He put in my R/O unit and said it leaked. As it turned out he didn't put it together correctly and I had to have another plumber come and fix it. There was more head and butt scratching during the 3 hours he was here. Find anyone else besides this guy!
