I had a water leak so gave them a try after hours. Came right over fast. The plumbing is the old steel pipes that had the threads striped, could not unscrew because of the age. To bring it up to code would have to replace the whole thing, but did not charge me for coming over. Being a welder I did it myself. Thanks for not charging and being honest.

The guy came out to look at the project. He scared me with his sales tactics. It took forever to get the quote. And when it finally came, the price was way overpriced compared to others and no details of service were provided.

I was very grateful that Damon came out on Saturday and Sunday to assess, offer multiple options, and get our system running cold by Sunday afternoon (had to wait for system to thaw 24 hours before working on the A/C). He called me prior to doing any repairs, explained what was wrong, and provided 3 different options regarding a fix - basically an option for every budget. I really appreciated that. I also appreciate that he didn't have to order parts or run to a supplier. He came prepared, and my issue was resolved in under two hours. Considering the efficiency and level of professionalism, I definitely feel that I got my mony's worth. Jeremy was a true professional technician. Diagnosed the furnace problem and had us up in a little over an hour. Gave us future recommendations for long term fix and showed us where we may need a new AC unit in the spring. Our current AC is 2 versions old and sucks electricity.
