Good experience with Mike. My concern is about the air gap hole in my &4k Quartz counter top, which Mike insisted had to be. There is a &99.00 disposal unit which the air gap plugs into---no holes and about a $120.00 savings for the homeowner. L
Keep up to date!

My wife and I had a great experience with Dan! We just bought a house and needed to get things up to code. He was extremely thorough and explained everything he recommended in detail, he physically showed us the items he recommended, explained the repair and took pictures of the plumbing in the crawl space. Very impressed with his work ethic and overall positive attitude. We ended up purchasing the diamond club to protect our investment. When the repairs were all said and done we felt confident in quality of work and will use this company for our future plumbing needs! We don't mind paying a little more to know the job is done right, and the customer service is exceptional.

I have had nothing but good experiences!. Quick, professional, courteous. Competitive prices and itemized quotes. Explanations and options. They alway call ahead to let me know they're on their way. They are so careful and neat while they're here. I am especially appreciative how they worked me in, for 2 different emergencies this Winter. I was so sick, and they just handled it. Thank you! We recommend you, and will be using you again!

After scheduling an appointment, I received a reminder phone call the day before the actual appointment. I also received phone notification that the plumber was en route approximately 20 minutes before he arrived. Mike gave me estimates for shut-off valve replacements in all the sink faucets and toilets, moving the gas line for the range, and installing a main shut off valve for the entire house. He did a very thorough job including checking the crawl space under the house, checking the size of the gas meter, and checking the instant hot water unit before writing up the estimate. No actual work was done at the time of this visit due to the size of the work involved. Mike discussed options with me, made suggestions, and answered all my questions.

We have a plumbing emergency. No, the house will not turn into a submarine because we had to turn the water off in the problem bathroom located upstairs. I am disabled and my bedroom is also upstairs as my elderly mom has the only one downstairs. My mother has been a loyal, Diamond club customer for years. We use your services about twice per year on average. Never called to request emergency service until today and we were not even expecting to have anyone come out on a Sunday. No availability until this Thursday. Verrrrrrry disappointed with you folks!

Mike arrived right on time. Did the plumbing jobs quickly and efficiently. Very professional and informational. Helped us with information on the appliance repair co. we need work done from also. Would use this company for any plumbing need in the future.

The professionals from At Your Service Plumbing just left. They did an outstanding job as usual! (We have had them work on the plumbing in our home several times over the years we have lived here- ours is an older home and we have a large family). They showed up on time, used booties and a mat to keep things clean (which I really appreciate as I have to keep the home spotless to show it), they reviewed the things that needed fixing, gave us all the options on how they could fix it and then completed the work quickly and with excellence. They were very polite and hardworking and gave great attention to detail. We have used their services before and will definitely use them again. I even called a girlfriend who needs a plumber and told her to call this company.:)

I am a long-time (since 2007) customer of At Your Service Plumbing. A member of their Diamond Club and have had several service calls with them that all went well (although they are expensive). My husband has a business located right next door to their office.
They installed a new kitchen faucet for us in 2008 which recently started leaking (the pull out hose). The manufacture (Delta) warranty information stated it was a life-time warranty so my husband took the hose off and went to At Your Service to discuss possibilities. Of course we realized we may have to pay for any labor but if it was just something we could replace ourselves we wanted to know. What a shock! He was told they needed a $250 deposit before they could even look at it - we were standing right there with the hose. A $250 deposit??? when their normal service call is only $49?? Which is waived if we are the Diamond Club members... they were adamant,,,, needed that deposit. So, I cancelled our Diamond (useless) Club membership today and we will not use them again. Nor will we refer them. We took the hose to the local plumbing supply and were told it was a life time warranty and given a part number so we could call the manufacture and order a new one, which we can install ourselves.

I have always had excellent customer service with At Your Service Plumbing. They treat you like family. Dan and Matt were informative, friendly, and efficient in taking time to explain my options and the installation of quality guaranteed products. I am a Diamond Club Member and love the preferential treatment and discounts received. I scheduled my yearly inspection to pro-actively plan for future plumbing ideas and needs. Thanks guys!

First, I want to clarify that as a once loyal customer and past Diamond Club member, At Your Service Plumbing Inc. did all the right things to negate their name as well as guarantee NO recommendation or future business from me.
** Being fully aware that Kathy Thaut will write a snarky response, I am stating now that I am not interested in any discourse.
This is my opinion, that has been framed by the treatment of At Your Service Plumbing Inc.:
1. I do not object to paying for expert service and have respect for the work that the plumbing technicians provide. After paying the Diamond Club annual fee ($106.00) each year, however, JR would call repeatedly to schedule the 'free' inspection at THEIR convenience, not mine. My family members had some serious medical issues that precluded scheduling the 'free' prepaid inspection by At Your Service Plumbing Inc.'s insistence and was treated with disdain by JR when he could not pressure me into scheduling according to their needs.
2. They've performed jobs totaling in excess of $12,000 which we paid promptly without external financing. They did not, in violation of L&I LAW, provide a Notice of disclosure. ANY contractor who provides a bid of $1,000 or more is required by law to provide a notice of disclosure, regardless of whether the homeowner requests it.
3. I requested a bid for a new kitchen faucet to be included in a large job they performed and my request was brushed off. Now I know why: By ignoring my request they could 'create' a new service and tack on more fees.
4. As I had already paid my fee for the Diamond Club membership, I called to schedule my prepaid inspection and asked for a price bid for the new kitchen faucet as mine had finally failed and I was forced to shut off the hot water as it was shooting out of the spigots:
They flatly refused to provide a cost breakdown. I was shocked as I have always been willing to pay for services without demanding any sort of discount, AND this was a dire situation . They REFUSED to provide the cost of a new faucet + labor; instead they gave me an inflated bid.
5. I was obliged to find another professional who had no problem providing a bid that was reasonable (Half the cost for the same faucet I had chosen), and warrantied.
6. As the Diamond Club fee was paid but the free inspection was not scheduled in accordance with their rules, they made $106 for doing literally, nothing.
7. Because we did not pay their Diamond Club fee this year by their deadline, I received a letter from Kathy informing me that my membership has been canceled: I say GOOD RIDDANCE. I have a great plumber now, whose work is warrantied without financially soaking his customers.
8. Word to the wise:
a. NEVER EVER hire a contractor who does not provide a Notice of Disclosure.
b. NEVER EVER hire a contractor who pressures you, the customer, to agree to anything you don't feel comfortable spending money on - get a second opinion.
c. NEVER EVER hire a contractor who conceals costs, resorts to coercing or colludes a customer into paying for a blind bid. SAVE YOUR MONEY: It IS YOUR Money - Choose a contractor carefully and contact L&I if you suspect consumer fraud.
