I called At Your Service to complete the repair of an outside shower valve. It had already been diagnosed by a previous plumber (Do it Rite Plumbing) who I called several weeks before when it was spraying water. Do it Rite didn't have the necessary part in the truck to complete the repair and said they would come back when they did. They didn't, and I couldn't get ahold of them so I eventually called At Your Service. At Your Service came out during the week, so not a weekend or late evening job. The service tech, Brandon, was here for maybe 30 minutes, said it was an easy repair and had the part in the truck. We were charged $419.34! There was a miscommunication when he gave my wife the estimate...she asked if he had talked to me and he said he did, so she thought it was okay to approve the estimate. However, he had only talked to me initially about what needed to be repaired, but he did not talk to me about the estimate. I was in the backyard when he went to the front door with the estimate and spoke with my wife. I would NEVER have agreed to that estimate! I don't blame Brandon as he was pleasant and seemed to do a good job. I do blame the pricing, which was outrageous. I left a complaint on At Your Service's website, but did not hear back.

We were just ripped off by At Your Service Plumbing. Service call placed because hot water was not staying hot. Repairman changed the water temp from 120 to 110 and checked the filter (which was fine). Charged $289 diagnostic fee. Spoke with company and they would not reduce this outrageous fee. Beware, so disappointed.

At your Service plumbing did all the work for our remodel which included four bathrooms. The work was done in a reasonable amount of time and only one problem to date. The handle on one of the four brand new toilets was not flushing properly. Found out it is a problem with the type of toilet I purchased not the installer. Just needed an adjustment and it was good to go as well! I would recommend this company!

This is a follow up to what at Your Service Plumbing responded to my review. Initially seven months ago, At Your Service Plumbing came out to my house because of a problem with back up in my system. They checked out the system, did a camera and cleaned as far as they could go. But they told me that I need it new piping from my house to the street. They gave me. A quote for $7000 to do the work. I put 50% down and they were supposed to come out and do it but every time they scheduled there was rain and they said that they were unable to do the work. After three times of cancellations, I asked for my deposit back, which they gave me then just two weeks ago my problem started becoming worse, and I had them and a few other plumbing companies give me estimates. As I previously said they gave me options of 20, 30 and $40,000. They said there was an open pipe leaking and the company that I chose to fix the problem for $1000 said there was no leaking pipe. When I saw their response to my review in that they stated they had pictures of a leaking pipe. I had a third company today go under my house to check if there were any leaks with my pipes. They confirm nothing was leaking. I had the shower running and the washing machine going and there was nothing. Beware Of At Your Service Plumbing, that they may fabricate stories to make you pay more for their services. I am so glad that I eventually found a reputable, honest and fair plumbing company that fixed my problem at a fraction of the price that At Your Service Plumbing was going to charge me..
