Very disappointed. Two weeks ago was scheduled for service. By end of day checked to see where I was in line. Was told they were running behind but would call me back to let me know when they were coming or to reschedule. Waiting until 9:00 at NIGHT. No call. Thought I'd get a call the next day to reschedule. Nothing. Found another company who not only came within hours but half the price.

We had significant work done recently on our kitchen drain. These guys put the work in and do what they can to make your experience as good as possible. And they care about what they do. One of the guys who came out to look at our issue literally said, ""These old pipes have taken care of people in this house for a long time and now they need to rest."" Have you ever met a plumber who talks about his job like that? Pretty amazing, I think.

Bad experience, and would never go back to them or refer anyone. They hire outside ""contractors"" that they let you believe are their employees and they aren't.

We had an issue with at your service plumbing, and the owner tried pushing it off on the guy who did the work. Guess what Dominick? We didn't hire the random guy, we hired at your service plumbing. And we had issues with the company. Dominick the owner said the plumber is responsible, not their company. What a total coward

What can i say? This is a company that wants and gets repeat business because they take care of their customers. They came out today, fixed my problem (which was my fault) and didn't charge me a dime because it was a minor correction. Use them.

The service men were friendly, honest and told me exactly what was going on with my drain. They let me see in the camera where the roots were. They told me how to maintain the drain. Did I mention how honest they were? I thought I should call yearly for preventative maintenance and they told me straight out that every two years would be adequate based on the root growth. This was my second time calling them, last time was a flood emergency two years ago. I am happy to say, I will always use this company. I highly recommend At Your Service Plumbing.

Eduardo came out, was very professional and polite, and got the leaking toilet fixed right (the previous install or repair from our home's former owner forgot to use a flange...).

This company helped me out when I was in need of relatively fast assistance. They came while I was away at work (something I was comfortable with and appreciated) and quickly fixed an issue with the water line on my fridge. I'll use them again and have recommended them to friends as well.

I had a leak in the bathroom that required emptying a bucket every 2 hours. I called At Your Service in the morning and had someone out 2 hours later. Yes. I believe they did a good job. And yes. I agreed to the price. I had no choice. However, after seeing how long it took to fix 2 valves (1 1/2 hour) with $15 in parts, I believe I was gouged. The bill was $759.
I will buy a key now to turn off the water at the street in case I'm in this position again.
