Jonathan went to a rental house of mine that was complaining about the kitchen faucet. Jonathan said it was a simple repair of just taking off the water filter. Lowell - yes, you are correct that the prices were quoted in advance. As I mentioned in my review, I was in a bind. The bottom line is that $300 for the work performed is not right. I expressed that at the time but it was the second trip out and I just needed the work done.

What strikes me most is that in none of the conversations I had with either Jonathan or Eduardo was there any interest expressed in my satisfaction. Eduardo, while professional, argued with my position and basically told me I was wrong. Had you guys considered dropping one of the trip charges, we probably wouldn't be having this conversation. Perhaps you can learn from this experience that sometimes a small gesture to a customer can go a long way. Digging in over a $40 trip charge results in this.

In regard to leaving 2 reviews. I found you on Yelp so I posted a review on yelp. You texted me and asked me to leave a review on Angies list so I did there as well.

Look - you have lots of good reviews so presumably you guys are doing something right. In my situation however, I felt gouged, plain and simple. Alas, we see things differently but we can part ways amicably.

We had a blocked drain and were able to get a hold of a person right away. They were able to schedule appointment for same day service. Kristian was friendly, helpful and efficient. He did good, thorough work and we would definitely use this company again for future plumbing needs.

Great Service and Communication. Jonathon is reliable. We had frozen pipes and they came out on Sunday to fix. There was an extra charge but the problem was thoroughly diagnosed and efficiently corrected. We go to these guys first when we need help.
