Negative stars! He came and installed a sump pump, complete trash! Tried to go through home warranty and they wouldn't approve it. Of course tried to talk to my home warranty and he was so disrespectful with me trying to figure it out. The sump pump is awful!!! Makes a horrible noise and he won't return any calls or texts. Don't use him!!

this vendor came out as a part of my home warranty. I fully believe he is scamming people and the warranty company out of money. He would charge the warranty company money and the charge the customer the same amount or more. terrible at responding to messages regarding the repair. it cost me less to not use my warranty and hire an outside contractor.

these are the worst people I've ever dealt with in my life! I've been trying to get an itemized invoice for almost a week now I'm assuming the reason they can't do it is because they have to fudge it because they overcharged me so they've got to figure out how to put the charges down. I would never recommend these people ! and the only reason I put a one star rating is because I had to put something down for this to even go through. I would give them zero rating. Also, I'm pretty sure this company is run out of a house. They don't even have an office and I don't know if they know what they're doing.

I would give negative stars if I could. I have never worked with a more disrespectful and dishonest company. My home warranty sent this company out to look at my sewer drains which were backing up into my basement. The technician Robert arrived late and couldn't figure out what was going on. In the process of ""diagnosing"" the issue he smeared feces all over my basement floor and then left without cleaning, leaving me to pick up piles of poop and toilet paper that weren't there before. He had me pay the deductible fee for my home warranty prior to having done any work, saying that he was waiting on authorization from the home warranty company before he could proceed and that he would be back the next morning to clean out the pipes. He never contacted me again, ignored all my calls, and lied to my home warranty company about having completed the job.

Robert came out when promised and quickly fixed an issue with an outlet that has been a problem for several years! Other technicians tried to explain away the issue as a ""non-issue"" and still charge a fee. I really appreciated Robert's professionalism, preparedness and willingness to find a solution for me. I highly recommend!

don't waste your time. owner shows up unannounce. got him from home warranty company. slow, slow, and slow. Too busy trying to get more work from you instead of fixing the issues. touching stuff around the house. creepy

Our kitchen ceiling light had a short in the unit. 'At Your Service Heating, Cooling, & Home Repairs' came to our rescue. After a referral from a friend and one telephone call, Mr. Robert Jones (sole proprietor), showed up ,on time, and did wonderful job replacing our ceiling light fixture.
Mr. Jones was very friendly and because of his professional work ethic, I will have him come to my home again, if I find myself in need of a competent contractor.
