Just want to reiterate my prior rating of this company. I worked with Rick recently and he was also awesome. I won't go into all of the details of the service, but I feel like I got a "life hacks with Rick" bonus during my appointment. Rick was working on a test for me that had some downtime where we had to wait around, during this time I asked him a bunch of miscellaneous homeowner/plumber questions. Rick is one of the most honest and genuine service professionals I've worked with. He not only took the time to answer my homeowners questions, but he fixed some things for free, and gave me an entire lesson on homeowners insurance and which companies are the best for plumbing issues. I ended up not needing the full test he had come out to do and he cut the service call fee in half without me even asking, which he technically didn't have to do. I'm super impressed with this company of honest hard working guys that truly seem to have the customer's best interest at heart. Thank you Rick, Don and A&T!

These guys totally could have ripped me off (I know nothing, John Snow!). But they didn't. They inspected the issue, secured a few pipes in the attic and said everything looked good--so there was no charge. I was shocked but really appreciate the honesty and the thorough check of the house. I'm just so impressed by how cool and honest these guys were. We'll definitely use A & T the next time our plumbing runs amok!

Had a hot water heater line bust. Rick had already worked a long day and still came out at 8 pm to still fix our issue. Same day service was helpful with 3 small kids. Super fast and extremely nice! Would give them a thumbs up! Thanks guys!!!!

We just sold our home and the inspection report detected some minor plumbing issues. Rick Garza checked all of the plumbing in the house and he was extremely professional and very meticulous. Rick surely knows what he's talking about and I would highly recommend A & T Service Plumbing giving them 5 stars.

Wanted to give a recommendation for A & T Plumbing. They recently cleared out some roots from my crape myrtle in the front yard that had started to grow into the main drain line. This caused water to back up in my downstairs bathtub and more water coming up from underneath the floor. Don and his crew came over the next day, ID'd the problem and flushed the line immediately to unclog the damaged line. I didn't explain the problem accurately on my initial call, so they would have needed more time to fix the big problem. So they had to come back a week later due to a busy schedule. It was worth the wait as they had the line repaired in 2 hours. Don was very informative and friendly, and they raked over my front flower bed as well as possible with having such a large crape myrtle removed from it. All the great reviews for A & T are well-founded. Add my name as a very satisfied customer and one that will use them again.

I've called out A & T for a bunch of different issues over the last few years -- fixing a kitchen sink leak, a major toilet leak under the house, replacing a toilet, and evaluating squeaky pipes. They've done a great job on all of them. Their prices are reasonable, and they don't fix what doesn't need it (the squeaky pipes, for instance, were determined to be operating fine, just noisy). They've come out near-immediately when needed and otherwise have been good about calling or texting back soon and holding to a scheduled time.

Based off their ratings on Yelp, I emailed A&T and received a response within minutes on a Sunday. We set up an appt (non-emergency), and Don and Blake arrived at our house early (after they called to make sure it was okay) to fix our toilet. They were unbelievably professional, kind, and did an awesome job. While they were here, I had them knock out a wax ring on the other toilet, as a preventative measure. I highly recommend these guys and will only use them in the future.

I had the pleasure of working with Joe on a difficult pipe hammering problem that another plumber couldn't fix. We almost gave up on ever fixing the problem but Joe was able to fix it and everything works perfectly.

As you might expect, not only was the problem corrected, but he showed up at the time promised and was very professional. Couldn't be happier!

Awesome experience with Don! We had a number of issues we needed fixing- a couple of stubbornly clogged drains, a leaky bathtub faucet, and a toilet that wouldn't flush. Don was very honest with us about the leaky faucet and said our leak wasn't a big enough issue to warrant the price of fixing it, which would have run us a couple hundred. He quickly diagnosed the issue with the toilet and gave us a reasonable price range for replacing it, and even cleared out our drains without charging us for the service.
In addition, he was able to show up an hour early for the appointment, which worked much better for our schedule! Looking forward to working with them in the future.
Great guy, great service, great company, highly recommend.
