I would not work with this company at all. Got strung along for 4months for them to tell me that they're not gonna do the job anymore because it's too far away. It's a $30K job and it's too far away that's a great business.
They came out marked everything for my driveway and the street to dig it up and replace plumbing. Never did paperwork for permit never turned it into the city. No thanks. If I could give zero stars, I would.

been on the list for over a month now, still nobody has shown up to finished the clean up. have pieces of old broken sewer pipe starting to show. pretty sure that's biohazard.

What a waste of our time :(
We had an appointment booked with At-Less Drain Cleaning one week out. They didn't show up. I had to call several times to be told they'd come in the afternoon. Again, no show. I called several more times to be told they wouldn't be coming. We rescheduled for today. Again - no show. No communication. I finally spoke with the office to be told they aren't coming today either. Such bad service. Don't waste your time with them

I needed a plumber sent out to my house as we had water backing up from our basement drain. I have coverage through Service Line Warranties of America. So I gave them a call and they set me up an appointment with At-Less Drain Cleaning. They gave me a time range of when they would arrive, and they gave me a call about 15 minutes into that time range letting me know they were on the way.

As soon as our technician came into the house he already knew exactly what the problem was and what he needed to do. He immediately got to work. Total time of when they pulled in our driveway to when they left the house was a little less than an hour, which was amazing!

He did an amazing job of fixing what we needed fixed. All while being kind, polite, and respectful. I would gladly do business with this company again! Highly recommend

So the drain decides to corrode on Dec 23rd. I called AtLess and they came out and said they could do repair (break concrete and stuff) on the 26th.
They were thorough with the repair, polite (used plastic when tracking mud & cement up my stairs, and completed the project after mopping many times. Their price beat the other company called for estimate by 10%.

Well, I had to use At-Less Drain Cleaning because my Service Line Warranty company insisted on it. I was skeptical, based on the reviews that I have seen on yelp. However, I can only say good things about them. Once they came here, they listened carefully as I told them what had been happening, they came up with a plan and they went to work. In about 2 hours the mission was accomplished. They sent out line until they hit the clog, there assessments were correct. They added some root killer and they told me they would be back in about 5 days weather depending, to take another look with the camera and they would bring back a larger cutter just to make sure they got everything. I was thrilled.

There needs to be a no star option for At-Less plumbing. If you have a clogged drain of any kind, find another plumber.
