We had an appointment set with them over a week in advance for them to come look at our pipes. Friday rolls around and no one shows up and no one calls. I call that afternoon and the receptionist explains that she doesn't know what happened or why they didn't show and tells me that she will call the tech and get back to me. After an hour I call again due to the fact that it was around 4:30 and they close at 5:00. She explains how she had just gotten ahold of her guy and he got stuck on another job and would be in Monday. I was frustrated because we were going to be waiting longer, but was said that was fine. Monday comes around and again no one shows up and no one calls. So I went ahead and called them AGAIN to find out why they weren't showing up. The receptionists answers the phone and immediately says, ""oh they are coming I promise, I promise."" So again I say okay and still no one showed. Finally on Tuesday they show up and after being here for multiple hours we find out that the job was never finished and they missed some pipes. Now it going to be a week before they can come in and complete it. Not happy with the service done by this company and will most likely look for other options next time.

We have used this company since 2004 for routine things.
As it happened we had a water leak yesterday evening.
Called them and the answering service said the tech would be i n touch with me shortly. He called within the hour, came prompy and fixed it wirhin an hour. He also appraised us of the hourly rate for the overtime hours. That was appreciated.
They have us as customers forever.

Had my water heater replaced. Showed up on time Dave did a great job and I love my new water heater. If I ever need any plumbing done in the future I will call and recommend A.T. Klemens

Terrible company. Scheduled 2 weeks in advance to pressure test gas lines to turn on heat at a residence and they call the afternoon before to cancel, AND they were not even nice about it. Told me it was ""My problem"" to find another plumber on such short notice and that they were too busy for my work. Luckily their competitor was willing to take on the business....
