I agree with the other reviewer. Very reasonable rates and great service. Besides getting to us quickly, the thing that really impressed me was that Charles took time to explain what was going on. I had some understanding of the situation and I know NOTHING about plumbing. He didn't try to add on extra services or un-necessary repairs. He was on time, very polite and solved our problems. It's obvious how knowledgeable and experienced he is.

We thought this malfunction involving the septic system and our bathrooms was going to become a very expensive monster. It was manageable and we were all able to sleep easy that night. He is going to come back next week to check up on things and advised us to call if we have further issues. This plumber has my family's highest recommendation. If you need plumbing help do not hesitate to contact him.
