I had them do some work for me about 3 months ago. They did a good job. However, when I called about an additional plumbing issue, they came out once and did a diagnosis but failed to return after scheduling 3 different dates. They had me waiting for them to show up and didn't call.

If I was able to give them a zero rating I most definitely would. I scheduled an appointment with them 3 weeks ago only for no one to show up. I had to call them multiple times and leave multiple messages and someone finally returned my call only to inform me that someone in the office overbooked appointments. So we rescheduled. Only for 2 weeks ago only for no one to show up. Once again, I had to call multiple times and leave multiple messages. Finally someone returned my called, apologized once again and we rescheduled once again. Only for another week to go by and no one showed up for the appointment. I've been calling and leaving voicemail messages once again but all of my calls and messages are going unanswered and not being returned. This is very unprofessional and the only reason I was trying to use their services is because I was referred to them. Totally disappointed.

Needed a new sewer pump and they replaced it in less than 30 minutes. Highly recommend. They are very efficient. They answer right away. Good customer service.

We had a bad situation in our crawlspace with water escaping from a blown check valve. A&T came out within the hour to stop the water and replace the sump pump that was old. The line was also rodded out. The work was done timely, efficiently and professionally. We are happy with the service and highly recommend to others. Also, the company is very knowledgeable in mold and offers corrective remediation solutions.
