Salesman Mario ordered a set of replacement handles for my Handylectric drain pipe cleaner. Yeah it's discontinued. Paid for them. After a month of calling and several conversations with Mario assuring me handles are on their way. 33 days later only to find out the manufacture doesn't have the handles that Mario Guaranteed he ordered. He stated the parts and they were delayed due to COVID-19 and they are in stock! Other Lame salesmen told me they were ordered also. Finally got the bad news Friday 9-25-20 for third salesman I spoke with.

After messing around with other supply houses that couldn't provide the Industrial grade floor clean-outs we needed for a job, we started looking for another plumbing supply house that could. Astro was referred to me by the manufacturer, and was I glad. Saul in Sales provided great service at a fair price.
