My house is completely without water and would have stayed that way had it not been for Kevin. He came out on a Saturday and went above and beyond what he was cleared to do because he didn't want to leave without the water at least being temporarily fixed. He used what he had available in his truck and did me a huge favor while my property management now has to go back to give him approval to do the rest. I'm super appreciative of his hard work and him taking the time to explain some of the process. Highly recommend.

Horrible experience! They lied, were rude, and demand customer reviews before they complete a job. I fired them immediately! Fortunately, my insurance company refunded my money & immediately referred me to an amazing plumber named Revere Mechanical! I am so happy with this company and their amazing service. I have a brand-new appliance and will refer them to all of my neighbors. Would you believe that I still receive emails asking for a good review and a ""thumbs up.""? That is how inept, out of touch, & desperate for a written review Pirate Plumbing is. I blocked them & so did American Home Shield.

It was a stressful afternoon after finding out about the water damage that was caused from our water heater! BUT a situation gone bad... soon became good! :)

We had called today, 4/2 and Donny helped us out and honestly made me feel comfortable right away! You can just feel when someone feels like a genuine person and he is that person. He was very thorough and answered all our questions with great detail and also made sure we understood the whole process of what was going on and each step to fix the issue. I was very pleased and rest assured.

My father-in-law has some bit of idea/experience with plumbing issues and such so he was with me as we discussed the matter. He was considerate of my father-in-law who is totally blind in his late 70s'. He practically narrated everything he was doing and forewarned him with any noise that was about to happen so he doesn't get alarmed. My father-in-law understood everything he was doing. He felt comfortable in his presence as I was so that was honestly very nice. Thank you, we appreciate him very much! :)

1st update 10/7 - Chavis just left, having installed our water heater. I am very happy with the installation. I was given an arrival window of 10-12. I was sent that info by both text & email. I was notified when Chavis was en route, which was about 11. Chavis was totally professional. The installation was completed by 1 p.m., less than 2 hours after he arrived. The work is beautiful & there was absolutely no mess left behind. I was promptly texted & emailed with my receipt. This whole process has been easier than I could have hoped. Having to replace a water heater is never fun & not a situation I would have chosen to go through voluntarily but Pirate Plumbing made this awful situation the best it could possibly be. Again, I will update after we've used the water heater a couple of weeks.

Original post 10/5 - Our water heater started leaking 2 nights ago. I looked in our neighborhood app for recommendations for a plumber and saw several people had used & loved Pirate Plumbing. I called them at around 9 p.m. and a very nice woman answered. She listened to the problem & checked to see if she could get someone out that night. No one was available but she scheduled me for 2 p.m. the next day & said if anything earlier came up, they would call. She also told me that if the water heater began to leak more, I should turn off the water supply to avoid problems which I did end up doing as the leak got a little worse. At noon the next day, 2 hours before my appt time, Chavis called & said he could come early. He was at my condo in 10 minutes. Chavis was very nice & knowledgeable. He found out when my water heater was made, when the original warranty expired & explained that my water heater is a special one as it doesn't just supply hot water to our home but also heats it. When I was clearly startled by the price, he immediately offered to call the office to see if there was anything they could do to get the price down, which they did. I did get 2 more estimates that afternoon and Pirate Plumbing beat both - 1 by almost $200 & the other by over $700. Due to some covid financial setbacks, the cost was a big hurdle for me but I emailed them this morning & Ashley called me within a couple of hours. She was very kind & gave me 3 weeks to pay the last $700 that I didn't have. She then set up an appt to install the water heater tomorrow, much quicker than I expected. I'm so impressed by this company & so relieved that we won't have to go any longer without hot water. I will update my review after our water heater has been installed & we have used it for a couple of weeks. If you have a water heater issue, don't hesitate to call Pirate. The customer service is awesome & they beat the price of both competitors' estimates. That's a win!

Our disposal broke and we decided to install a new sink at the same time. Chavis arrived on time and was very personable and professional. He answered all of our questions and concerns about the installation and had a great attitude about the job. Would definitely call Pirate Plumbing again, not only because they have a cool work van, lol, but because they did an awesome job!

How dare you!! You guys just pretended to be friendly so you could take it vantage of a single woman you could not keep your damn hands off me! I have a witness to that do you think my mother didn't see everything that was going on in my own home? You are a great company at first great service decent kid it's not my fault what he charge me don't you dare tell me I don't want to pay for fees when your fees are outrageous you take advantage of the public and you know what you're doing!And you guys lied to me!I originally gave you a great review because I was full by you but when you come to my house you keep putting your arm around my waist you keep touching me around the shoulders and I gently move away with Covid I do not like to be touched. By anybody! Covid or not! It was rude it made me feel uncomfortable, and you purposely came back at me with higher fees because you were pissed off at the young kid who you felt didn't charge me enough shame on you guys you know what you're doing and you're lying about it! Thank God I have a witness...... Everything

I explained the issue that I was having. Appointment was scheduled to come out and give me a quote. None of the communications said anything about a $125 per hour cost to evaluate and estimate. Wasted my time and theirs. That was not very professional to me. Be upfront so that there are no misunderstandings.
